I don’t think most animals have concepts of morality and how their actions might impact those around them, only exceptions might be overly social animals such as many of us mammals. So they can’t really be evil. Regardless spiders are pretty chill and will do their best to avoid human contact if possible, even the venomous ones tend to be fairly reclusive and timid. There’s a YouTube guy called Travis McEnery who does videos discussing common spiders, highly recommend checking him out.
