Bucky has a grenade launcher, assault rifle, and knife, and has read up on the Daily Bugle's articles about Spider-Man

Cap has his shield and no knowledge that Spider-Man even exists

Black Widow and Hawk Eye know every scrap of info known on Spider-Man that can possibly be obtained by S.H.I.E.L.D

 

The peak humans do not know about their team up initially and so will have to plan with each other on the fly.

 

Spider-Man is blood lusted for some random reason and is at his level of skill post Electro. 

 

Spider-Man starts 4 meters away from the group at night inside an abandoned chapel. The peak humans are trying to capture him alive, but will kill him if worse comes to worse

I only saw that Spidey lifting with little problems a car. The other ones aren't as strong, but their weapons and knowledge in fighting give them the win, since it looks like that Spidey's spider-sense doesn't work as well as its Raimi or comic book version.

Amazing Spider-Man is fast as shit though, maybe faster than his 616 self. He was dodging around Electro in the power plant with minor issues

Agreed. But I don't see him dodging most bullets or cap's shield.

Movie Cap is quite honestly pretty crappy with shield throws. Even Bucky was able to catch it
