I still don't follow your logic of DBGT characters being superior to a few DBZ characters. All the inconsitencies the GT sagas have are not to be ignored.

 

Beerus smacks Super Vegito by Toriyama's standards, and Vegito was already ahead of Majin Buu at his most powerful. Omega Shenron is close to that Buu, so Beerus wins for me.

Goku was stronger than Rilldo, who was stronger than an unspecified form of Boo. At the very minimum, this puts Goku's base in GT above Majin Vegeta. At best, this puts his base above Boohan. 

 

Most likely, he's referring to Boohan. Why? Well, when Gohan fought Rilldo, he was losing pretty badly and had to get Oob to save him. Keep in mind, according to the GT Perfect Files "Gohan hasn't slacked off like before!". Which means that here's the chain

GT Goku>Rilldo>GT Gohan>=Ultimate Gohan

 

Do you see why I am inclined to believe that? 

 

Also, Goku said that Super Bebi Vegeta's ki was the greatest he had ever felt. We can discount BOG, as Beers's ki was unsensable and it wasn't written, but even so, that means that Super Bebi Vegeta is already stronger than Super Vegito. Super Bebi Vegeta 2 is even stronger still.

 

BTW, comparing Super Yi Xing Long(any of the Shadow Dragons besides Liang, really) to Boohan is kind of crazy. There's nothing suggesting they're even close to him, not especially when even Rilldo is stronger than Ultimate Gohan.

Beerus is the ultimate DragonBall villain period. Akira Toriyama himself even stated that he was the most powerful. He's even more powerful than Omega Shenron. Super Baby Vegeta has no chance. I too thought all DB GT villains would be superior to all those of DBZ at first as well but apparently not.

AT forgot SSJ3 even existed and originally planned for Goku to fight Beers in SSJ2. Also, he didn't write GT and GT is pretty much like DBM, only more official(also doesn't suck). 

 

There's no reason to have Beers be a bajillion times stronger than Super Vegito, especially when Goku actually considers fusion, but dismisses it, saying "It PROBABLY won't do any good"
