Melody looked strangely at the axe that had come out of nowhere. "How did you?..... Never mind. We need to look for Snowflake. I say we search around Ponyville, and if we don't find him, we search the everfree. Wait. The Everefree Forest! That could be where the foalnapper is hideing! Nopony goes there, so it would be the perfect hideing spot! Not to mention it's the only place we haven't looked yet. Come on! We need to get Sparkle. Then, we head to the Everfree. The foalnapper could be there, so we have to be careful. You keep that axe, I'll ask Sparkle if I can use one of his swords. I'm not to bad at sword fighting, but then again, I haven't battered many ponies. Anyways, let's go." Melody took off, flying quickly to town. She zoomed around, and after awhile, sat down. "I don't get it. Where could he be? Unless... he could be at the Everfree. If I'm right about I being the hideing spot, and Snowflake really was foalnapped, Sparkle might be there too. We should go to the Everfree.... Any idea where I can get a sword?"

"Right blue goes too green red goes too pink ha! Its fixed " sparkle walked out from underneath the broken fire cart as more thunder struck this time starting a fire a pony activated the fire alarm in the nearest building "alright!" Sparkle checked on the map too se e where the alarm was dashing outside with the cart he saw Melody and Dark " switching on main siren "sparkle jumped back into the cart and wound up a small device which made a sound" HEY DARK! IM GONNA NEED YOU FOR THIS! GET ON!"sparkle wasn't sure that Dark could hear him over the siren and he was gaining speed fast as he head down hill "OK meet you their " said sparkle jumping back in front of the cart and speeding off

The chapter about the dark crystals seemed endless and it was rather difficult. However, nothing was difficult for Rave if it involved dark magic.

 

On top of one of the bookshelves in the corner, covered by darkness, was Nightmane the batpony. He watched Rave's every move. He did not know what book he was reading but he did not like how Rave seemed to be experimenting what he was reading. Nightmane suspected it had something to do with dark magic. It certainly looked like it. As long is it was dark magic, he did not worry too much. Scar had been more worried about Rave perhaps quitting the usage of dark magic. 

 

Rave kept on reading, fascinated about how the dark crystals worked. "So these are the things that empowered Sombra? Interesting. His knowledge with them was much deeper than I had thought. Not that I ever knew something about the dark crystals, except that.... they seem to defile the land around them and kill any life..... I love it".

*distant siren noise as a pony walked outside*"hmm what's going on?"*more siren noises and the sound of a pony running " excuse me!"sparkle runs through town just in time too see more lightning setting fire too trees "uh oh this could be bad" sparkle heads straight for the everfree when he heard a timber wolf let out a howl and stopped dead (no thairs no way I'm going in their) [but you need too what about Rave?](I hate you you know that?) [Yes yes I do]"guys stop your not helping "([sorry]) " let's go!"

Snowflake manages to get his blindfold off "alright now that that's out of the way I need to get unbounded" Snowflake looks around him and sees very faintly more ponies he tries to inch over to where he sees the others. Snowflake eventually gets there "hey who are you guys, are you the missing foals?"

"Foals!? Are you half blind? " the pony talking too Snowflake looks up and sees that he only has one eye"no offence but we're all this guys captured and he just brought back a new one I'd say hmm... Ponyvill what do you think?"two more ponies walk out of the darkness"yeah ponyvill "

"YOU TWO CAN IT" the pony turned back too Snowflake "sorry about them their idiots"one of the three see's the door is open " hey new fella lookie what we have here the doors open were free "he looks around noticing the other cell next too them" sorry boys I guess we got lucky"

"you aren't who I'm looking for then, I have been sent by contract to rescue foals who had been foalnapped quite sometime ago. You wouldn't happen to know where they might be would you?" as Snowflake says that he is also attempting to get his bindings undone

We need too get out now ! Foals or not course the most valuable ponies are in a cell in the basement old grass trimming got in there once " the pony looked at grass

snowflake manages to break his bindings "you guys can flee if you want but I have a job to do" Snowflake walks over to his cloak he notices his face wrap is missing, he puts on his cloak leaving the hood off he then walks towards the other ponies and cuts them free with his knife.

"Hey thanks now I can show you this" one of the ponies pulled out a small gold badge "the name's seven jewel equestrian intelligence if you don't mind I'll be tagging along with you " the mare spoke in an upper class voice like she was talking down too the ordernary ponies"

 

*MEANWHILE...sparkle was rushing through the everfree like he was racing but he was the fire was spreading faster than... Something that spreads quickly. Hooves squelching in the mud and cart rattling behind sparkle came across a bridge [come on let's go!](no the bridge could be slippery were going too jump it )[ok...ay]sparkle ran before finally jumping into the fire "ok! Man the water hose stable the stabilizers " a large jet of water shot out of the front hose as another pony rounded the conear spotting sparkle

The guards posted by Scar Darkmane spotted Sparkle's. "Halt. Who goes there? If you are going to the Castle of the Two Sisters then I am afraid I will have to turn you back. No one is allowed entrance. Scar's rules" the pink pegasus named Happy said. Some of the ponies began carefully creeping up behind Sparkle's, readying themselves to jump him. One pony took up his sword, another a bow and another an ax. "Hmmm, you don't happen to be Rave Darkmane's friend do you?". A smile crept up her face. She knew that she was supposed to expect some of Rave's friends and she knew Scar wanted her to take them out.

"Um.. You see FIRE IN THE HOLE ! " sparkle redirected the flow of water too fly at his attackers " AND WHAT DOES IT MEAN TOO YOU!!!??!?" the water knocked into some of the ponies weapons before sparkle lifted the stableizers and ran into another pony he was conard on all sides when he shut off the water "OK you got me i know when I'm done but let me ask one question can you go through carts" sparkle bucked the cart into one group of ponies and drew his sword to face the mare "oh how the tables have turned me a swords pony vs you a guard mare oh it makes me laugh how you think you can just ambush me and still expect too win (sparkle I would advise stopping)[dude chill he's got this] one of the pony's from the other group hit sparkle over the head with a very large rock knocking him out and being dragged away...

"That pony is weird. Ambush? We were not ambushing him. He walked right into us. We were just standing guard. Never mind. We got him. I know I am supposed to kill but perhaps Scar might want something with him. He might become a leverage if Rave decides to betray us. Scar will be able to use him to get Rave to submit. Oh I'm so getting promoted" Happy hopped gleefully with a smile, her wings fluttering a little, as the other ponies dragged Sparkle inside. She left a brown unicorn with a mane that's colors looked like fire and had a cutie mark of a fireplace, in charge of 6 ponies at the back entrance as she went with 3 other ponies, dragging Sparkle to show him to Scar. One of the guard ponies walked up to the Unicorn. "I guess she will claim all the glory again, huh Darkstreak? You were the one that knocked him out". "I don't care. My duty is to Scar Darkmane. Happy is my superior and has left me to oversee the security of the back entrance as she reports to our leader. I have to keep my eyes open our numbers have been reduced a little by her leaving and taking three guard ponies with her".

"not a chance Mare" Snowflake said in a stern voice "I'm here by contract and I already have to share my money with three other ponies who are helping me" Snowflake thinks for a second "actually fine you can tag along if you want but you are only getting 10% of my contracts like the others. Understand?"

"You did listen too what I said I work for the equestrian intelligence and their already paying me" mane swish "way more then anyone would pay you" she was very much trying to any Snowflake before walking out the door and said " come on now chop chop "as she walked off

 

(dramatic meanwhile) MEANWHILE....

*snoring an eye slowly opens*

 

*loud foot steps*

*gasp* " hey you two we need too go he's coming!" Grass and the others ran outside and his in a bush

"So big it got us involved and is now doing a massive swep of equestria multiple towns have been evacuated all their residents are in Manehattan the foalnapper hasn't got their yet *loud unlocking noises* oh celestia he's coming run!" Seven ran out and his with the others

"you guys sure are great stealth" he says sarcasticly. Snowflake finds some shadows to hide in and stays very still waiting for this foalnapper to appear "I can wait all day if I have to so long as live no rogue will be more famous then me" Snowflake brings his knife back out and loads it with tranquilizer

The large door slowly opened with a creak and first came one hoof then another then one which was attached to the first and then the very same towering figure that had taken them all. He used one of his horns to light up the castle reveilng multiple blacked out cells. He slowly walked over to the cage that the ponies escaped from."Snowflake oh Snowflake where are you?" The foalnapper used another horn to show Snowflake an image of his family " yes it was awhile a go but you should remember it I wonder why they left you probably because you didn't seam worth the trouble I mean who wastes energy on a pathetic little unicorn"

Happy dragged Sparkle the last few meters as to make her look even more magnificent. Scar watched her as she dragged him. She told the other guard ponies to return to their posts. 

 

"So? This is one of Rave's friend and not just any friend. Best friend. Ah yes, I can see it easily" he laughed darkly. "When he wakes up he will be for a little surprise. Tie him up". Happy started tying him up. She tied up his hooves and wings. "Perhaps he can prove to be useful. Perhaps he can give us information about Rave and this other pony.... Snowflake. My agents revealed to me that Snowflake had been with them". Happy looked confused. "Why do you care about this other pony?". "He's a SHADOWBOLT. The Shadowbolts have been a thorn in my side for many years. However, I nearly managed to destroy them all when I hit them on one of their missions. I killed many. They did not expect it. I have been fighting them for the longest of time. Snowflake is one of those that has tried to stop me. But no more. I have made sure he won't be a nuisance any more. But I still wish for some information about him. Perhaps I can find out where he lives and trash his place and destroy all his personal belongings". "How did you take him out? What did you do?". "I have a special deal with the Foalnapper. I have been helping him foalnapping. You don't expect him to be able to foalnap so many foals alone did you? I have been helping him by spreading out my forces and have them steal foals and now older ponies. I asked him for a favor and he decided to help me since it was a win win. I get rid of an enemy, he gets another pony for whatever his plans are". "Bu--bu--but it's wrong. My niece was foalnapped the oth--" a flash of blue light illuminated the room for a second and Happy stopped and was emotionless. "You did not hear me talk about the Foalnapper, you will obey all of my orders" "I did not hear anything about the Foalnapper, I will obey all of your orders". "Good" Scar chuckled.

How did I get here?" sparkle tried to move but he couldn't he tried to flap his wings but they were tied too his body "hello?! Who's their" sparkle looked round and recognised the tapestry's (the castle of the two sisters)[sparkle call for Rave]"no I could get Rave cought to"

Scar looked at Sparkle for a moment. "Glad that you are awake. What is your name? Forgive me, where are my manners, I'm the host so I should be be doing the introductions here. I am Scar Darkmane. I will be asking you some questions and I want you to answer each and one of them. If you don't, you might get hurt or someone close to you. Even your friends. All of them. Understand? Now. Why are you here? Are you a friend of Rave Darkmane? Are you trying to investigate into the recent foalnappings? Are you trying to play a hero?" Scar laughed darkly.

I'm Sparkle Sword and I'm not a friend of Raves" sparkle was a terrible lier " and I'm only here because I was putting out a fire on your east wall in this "*loud thunder clap* " storm"sparkle squeaked "so why am I here? Just curious why did you ask about a foalnapper" sparkle was begining to sweat "oh uh never mind can I go now i have stuff too do?"

Scar was not buying what Sparkle was saying. "Why would a simple firepony bother with going all the way into the Everfree forest, which is very dangerous and is outside the jurisdiction of any fire department of Equestria. This castle is both abandoned and ruined. You really are a terrible liar. Enough of these games. Let's get to business. I know you are Rave's friend. My spies have seen you with him. You are poisoning his mind. He must be evil. He must. Everyone in the Darkmane family must. We serve king Sombra. I know that you are going to try to stop me from helping the Foalnapper. Do I sound paranoid to you? Because if I do, I'M NOT".

Sparkle jolted nervously "so your the one doing the foalnappings then that means your... Not the foalnapper NOT THE FOALNAPPER DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG IVE SEARCHED FOR HIM HE TOOK MY SISTER THE ONE PONY WHO MATTERED TO ME!" the blood from sparkle's head started too cover his face. He broke his hoof out of the rope and grabbed scar. Sparkle had cracked under pressure and was staring straight into scar's eyes "YOU DON'T SCARE ME AND IF YOUR TRYING TO IT'S NOT WORKING NO MATTER WHAT THIS BODY SAYS " sparkles green eyes and mane started to turn red creating the form crazed sparkle. he looked like something from a nightmare as he broke another hoof from its bindings so he could do one thing. Sparkle stood up on the hooves that were tied up and on after another he hit scars face with consecutive hoof blows(that actually sounds weird) before dropping down and saying "has anypony got a towel?"
