Scar used his magic to throw Sparkle. He accidentally threw Sparkle with more force then he intended, Sparkle crashing against the wall. "Excuse me. I've been enhancing my magic with a lot of blood magic. But I guess if you can't stay still, I will have to get rid of you. Rave probably is also plotting against me. I'll have to get rid of him as well. I'M NOT BEING PARANOID. I'll let Nigthmane know that he is to eliminate Rave immediately. Too bad. I did love my little brother. But Sombra comes before family". He lit up his horn a lightning went through the halls. "There, the message has been sent. Soon Rave dies" he laughed maniacally.

"NO NOT RAVE n..not r..a..v............e " before blacking out sparkle reverted back too his original form (DAMN IT if we only I don't know didn't get couget)[yeah that would have worked but give the guy a break]

The message went straight to Nightmane. He understood what he had to do. He jumped on top of Rave, knocking the book from his hooves. Big mistake. Rave went completely mad and started shooting dark magic of various kinds everywhere. But Nightmane had been prepared for that after having seen how much Rave seemed to care about the book. With one swift strike, he brought his hooves to Rave's face, knocking him out. Nightmane stood over Rave. "Now for the kill".

Sparkle started too see something he could make out a pony no two a place with a lot of books (the library) sparkle slowly got up but found he had a broken wing and hoof he proped himself up on one wing and moved with the rest of his hooves. Walking this way was hard but he reached the library just in time to see Nightmane knock Rave out "oh no you don't sparkle did the thing again but only managed to get the blood too cover his face quickly he stumbled over and roared in nightmanes face " DON'T HURT HIM OR YOU WILL REGRET THE DAY YOU WERE BORN " sparkle couldn't find the strength too do what he did to scar so he stood there staring into his eyes

Nightmane turned to face Sparkle. Nightmane was a batpony. He had been trained to fear nothing. "You are too late. Soon the darkness will fall. The Foalnapper will rise. Scar will rise. Sombra will rise. The Foalnapper has promised to help us. You and Rave will both die". He charged towards Sparkle.

Sparkle having no time to dodge due to his broken limbs was hit with the full force of the attack sending him sprawling onto the floor (oh why didn't I bring some pony armour from my basement last time I checked I couldn't use any magic well except that transforming in to that guy which I hate doing any way it looks like the end of the line unless I knock a book shelf down it falls on him hey presto were free )sparkle used his good hoof to rock one of the book shelves before sending it tumbling down

The bookshelves fell on each other like domino. Nightmane stood on top of Sparkle as a bookshelf came down crashing down on him. Rave woke up and saw the bookshelf come down crashing. "Noooo" he yelled. He hurried towards where Sparkle was. He started digging through the books trying to find Sparkle. "Sparkle, don't worry, I'm coming for you. I'm coming". 

 

Scar stood at the doorway of the library. He smiled. "Leave it Rave. He's dead. I hope this teaches you a lesson. Are you now loyal to Sombra?". "I will never be loyal to YOU". Rave shot dark magic at his brother. His brother deflected his magic almost lazily, he yawned. But that had only been a distraction. Rave spawned forth dark crystals from the ground, trapping his brother in a crystal prison. Scar tried to use his magic but the dark crystals only ate it away. Rave returned to digging for Sparkle. The crystal magic had taken a heavy toll from Rave and he was tired. A small part of his horn turned orange red. It seemed to be spreading really slowly. His eyes getting a little green glow. "Please, Sparkle". He dug until he saw a wing of a pegasus. "SPARKLE".

"Rave?" Sparkle saw light "no Rave don't touch my ow! wing!" Sparkle started to dig through the books until he found light and poked his head out "RAVE! you touched my broken wing but never mind me. That guy tried too kill you.but you could say what was it again Ifforgot anyway he got bookshelfed. so what do we do now?"

"I guess I have overstayed my welcome here. We have to get out of here. Oh by the way. I found an interesting book that you might have been looking for. 'An Entire History of Equestria'". Rave held the book up to Sparkle with his magic. It was quite large. "But anyways, we must get going. Before the others come. I can't defeat 50 ponies while I'm weak after my previous magic usage". The bookshelf where Nightmane was under started to shift. Angry calls were heard from under. "I'm going to kill you. Kill you both. I'm coming for you. RARGGHHHH". Rave looked at Sparkle. "Run".

"Yeah good Idea" sparkle tried too run but a hoof shot out from the bookshelf and grabbed his broken leg "hey let go of me!" Sparkle bit the hoof wrapped around his leg and after a few seconds of yells of pain the hoof retreated "OK Rave let's move sparkle tried to put the heavy book on his back but he was forced to drop it " Rave I might need help carying this book or we could call my other half but that might take a while and I don't think we have that time"

Rave lifted the book with his magic. "We will have to get through the cellar of the castle. There is a secret way that Luna had built to get out of the castle. If we can get there we are guaranteed to be safe. So we will have to get a move on. But before we go" Rave's horn lit up and a brace magically appeared. "Put this on your injured leg. It won't heal you, but it will help you to at least be able to walk. If we had Snowflake with us he would be able to heal your leg. But enough chattering, let's get going". Rave led the way through the hallways.

"Hey thanks!" Sparkle followed Rave through the halls "wow this is some epic pony armour hey d'you think anypony would mind if I took some? " sparkle was looking in one of the suits when he remembered something "oh yeah this place is old I should probably leave them here besides if I were to take some then celestia and Luna might be angry at me. So about this secret passage where does it lead?"

"It leads to Ponyville. Once we are there we can meet up with Melody and Snowflake there.... I guess Dark Star as well, although, I'm unsure about him and I don't find him to be trustworthy. I don't really trust ponies under the command of Celestia. She is quite manipulative". The two ponies arrived at a stairwell. "Well, this is the way down the cellar". Angry voices could be hear in the distance. Nightmane had managed to free himself and had alerted the guards. The highest voice that could be heard was Nightmane's own. "I WILL FIND YOU. WHEN I DO, YOU ARE GOING TO WISH I DIDN'T" Nightmane's voice echoed through the hallway. "We have short time. They will eventually come looking here so we have to go down now". It was very dark down there so Rave lit up his horn.

"But Darks not like that you can trust him I don't think he trusts you I mean after you left him on the train tracks he was all " sparkle your friend Rave isn't to be trusted " but I trust you and I will because your my friend and a good friend helps a good friend " sparkle felt another ponies hoof "geez Rave I know its scary but you don't need me too hold your hoof"

Rave looked at Sparkle puzzled. Then his eyes went wide. "Uhmmm, I'm not holding your hooves Sparkle. I'm over here". Rave lit up the cellar a little bit better with his horn so that he could see a little bit further and better.

 

Meanwhile: The guards were looking everywhere. Midnight had two ponies with him. He was looking at the ground. He could feel their them. He could see their trail. "They went that way".

"Wah! Why is there a pony hoof sticking from the wall who decorated this place " sparkle turned back too Rave looking terrified "l...let's get out of here where's the secret entrance then? I don't want too spend another second in this creepy castle " sparkle started to look for anything that could open the passage

Suddenly, the passageway opened from the inside, and Melody stood on the other side, looking shocked. "Rave?! Sparkle?! Where were you guys?! I've been looking for you guys and Snowflake for ages." A long gash was running down her side, and she winced slightly as she moved to stand by her friends. "I hate the place! I was looking for you guys and I fell into a trap. It dumped me into a pit and then some guards came. Long story short I had to fight them, one had a sword, and I barely escaped. I saw the fire though a window, was that you two?" [We need to keep an eye out for guards, and for traps. Thank Celestia I found them. Or, they found me. Either way.]

Rave noticed Melody and grew unsure. "She was talking to Dark Star on the train. I bet Dark Star has been trying to turn her against me. Why do I still think him as an enemy? Because he serves Celestia, that's why. He's not just a loyal subject, he serves her directly. What if he managed to turn her against me. What if she now hates me. Sparkle is my best friend and I can count on him. But will my other friends accept me. Snowflake? Melody? What if she wants my book? Don't do that again Rave. Don't go crazy again" Rave thought. He saw the gash and he used his magic to call forth a bandage. "More injured ponies? Where is Snowflake when you need him? Here use this". After handing her the bandage he started walking down the secret tunnel from where Melody had come from. "Could you guys close the secret passage after me. We really don't want to be pursued".

 

A short distance away a shout could be heard. "RAVE? PEGASUS? WHERE ARE YOU? I'M GOING TO FIND YOU TWO. YOU ARE GOING TO BE SO SORRY" the voice echoed through the hallways and into the cellar.

 

"Close the door quick".

"Hi Melody long time no see how've you been I have been braking a few limbs and looking for this guy sparkle pointed at rave with his good rear hoof as he closed the door with his front two and proped himself up on the one in the brace the door slid and was closed as ponies ran down and flooded the cellar " phew just in time now let's go "

After having walked for some time, Rave saw light ahead. "I think we have reached the end of the secret passage. I guess we say hello to Ponyville again". Rave stopped suddenly. "Uh oh". "Ponyville will be in an uproar. Ponyville must be filled with Celestia's guards. She will have heard about me and Blackforest. Guess I need to disguise" Rave thought. "Well I have been reading the book from the Equ-- I mean the Castle of the Two Sister's library of course" Rave lied. He did not want to tell them that he had been reading Sombra's book. "It has helped me understanding shape shifting that Snowflake taught me". Rave's horn started to glow as he used changeling magic to transform. Suddenly Dark Star stood before Sparkle and Melody. "Tadaaa. Well, what do you think. As Dark Star I won't attract much attention. Especially since he is working for Celestia. I won't be bothered by any of the guards". Rave smiled a little bit "Perhaps we can wreak some havoc as Dark Star and give him a bad name" a voice within Rave's head, a lot different and somehow, darker, then Blackforest's. Rave considered that. He kept on walking with his friends.

Snowflake listened to every word from the foalnappers foul mouth being brought back to the day his village was attacked.... the screams of his friends and ponies he knew still echo in his head..... he then fast forwards to the deaths of his closest friends and then the death of his own sister..... a tear goes down his only eye followed by rage Snowflake changes the cartridge in his knife to paralyzer he wants to backstab the foalnapper but he then realizes that won't be smart he signals the others to sneak out of the room Snowflake then follows. when they are in the clear Snowflake says "we need to get out of here we can come back for the others but we are going to need more ponies here"

"Woah I had a simpler idea I mean my house is on the edge of ponyvill so I thought we could just wear some pony armour" sparkle looked at the others "what a swords pony needs armour doesn't he *sigh* come on then " sparkle slowly walked toward the exit and into the light where he imedeatly started to sneek around looking around every conear and edge "hmm all clear for movement through ponyvill " sparkle caryed on taking cover anywhere he could

Rave walked with Sparkle and Melody, disguised as Dark Star. He saw some Royal guards and he walked up to them. The seemed to eye him but otherwise they did not bother him. "Great. It is working. Hehehehe. Thank you Snowflake, you just saved my life, well or at least saved me from prison". Rave walked back to Melody and Sparkle. "Sooo. Your house is nearby, right Sparkle?".

'Yes yes it is Rave"sparkle opened a door poking from the ground "right when we enter their will be NO pressing buttons I will have you know that I was allowed too keep some of the super secret project too finally perfect (all two parts of it )[oh shut up its not my fault that all the others got destroyed in the wreck of ESA 1*a memory of that fateful day flashed in his mind*(SIR SIR WHERE ARE YOU ! ) when sparkle found the remains of the captain he burst into tears and removed his helmet in the stallion's honour*sparkle still standing by his basement door burst into tears

Rave saw Sparkle crying. "Sparkle? Sparkle are you alright?". Rave was not sure what to do. He was not the very best pony in friendship. But he could not let his best friend just stand there in pain crying. "Ugh, I can't believe I'm actually doing this". Rave hugged Sparkle.
