"What would be the point? I don't really bother hiding what kind of magic I practice. And you already know I experiment with the dead. I just think it's a little rude to barge in on someone when they're working unannounced. I'm an open book miss Bushido. Even though I'm not to everyone's tastes."

"Miss Bushido? Really? I don't think including the 'Miss' is really nessecary considering my life is dedicated to killing. And I apologize for missunterpreting what you had actually meant by that request'', she said simply and went to the door." I see how point in continuing this conversation here in this room ".

"Then lets head back to the parlor." Mezra said as she took the blind ponies hoof again and started to lead her back. "I really just said 'miss' cause I thought it would sound cooler. But I'll call you Bushido if you want. Or how about Shido, it's shorter and it sounds cuter." She said with a giggle.

"Bushido is my name. But I will also be fine with Shido. At least it's not miss. But what real use is there I'm a name being cute'', she said asked as the mare took her hoof." So you don't mind if I leave every so often do you? You're not like, I don't know, keeping me prisoner, right", she asked with small chuckle.

Mezra giggled. "Of course I'm not. You can go anywhere you want. And there isn't anything wrong with being a little cute." By then they made it to the parlor. Mezra let go of Bushido's hoof and went over to turn on her record player, which started to play heavy metal but at a lower volume. "I hope you don't mind, I can't stand a quite house."

Her ear flicked at the sound of the music. "It's fine. And like I said. If you like you can go ahead and call me Shido if you really want to. Even though I usually prefer the quiet since it helps me think and work, since I'm not hunting anyone, I really don't mind at all".

"Well I'm going to. And you know, you can still call me Mez." She said as she sat back down on her couch. "So what do you like to do when you're not out tracking down ponies? Cut now that I think about it. You don't really seem the type to take a lot of down time." She then summoned her skeleton again to bring them some more things to snack on.

"I would rather call you Umbra. I am not really sure I would be able to remember to call you Mezra, besides.... I think Umbra is a lot cuter. Reminds me of the night and the dark, the moon, things of simple pleasure. Even though, I can't see them, I can feel them. And they feel pleasant", she said with a small smile. "And you're right, I don't really take a lot if down time but when I do, I spend it honing my skills"

Mezra blushed a little when  Bushido called her name cute. "Well, you can call me Umbra if you like. And maybe while you're hear you could find something you'll enjoy doing that doesn't have to do with fighting. But you can can still do that if you like. There's lot of places in the forest for you to practice."

Bushido nodded once. "OK so then from now on I will call you Umbra. And what else can I really do except for fighting.... I'm blind and fighting is all I know. We'll, that and minor alchemy. But still.. When I practice the bits of alchemy I can do blind, I'm still just honing my skills ".

"Have you tried cooking? A friend of mine told me about some he knows who's blind and a really good chef. You can pretty much to anything even if your blind. Other then staring contests or interior design or bird watching. But you can do bird listening. Or maybe you could so some reading. I think I have a few books in braille."

"Of course I can cook. I just don't make fun pit of it, I do it out of nessecity, not for pleasure. OK, reading is again something I do for nessecity, not pleasure. I read for nessecity, mainly books of nonfiction. I'm sorry I'm such a boring houseguest but it's just the way I am, Umbra".

Mezra thought about something that Bushido might enjoy. She Leaned back in her seat and scratched being her ear with her earing to help her think. As she scratched, it made her thick earrings tinkle a little. Tried as she could she couldn't really think of something on the top of her head. But them her mind went to something that might seem like she was a bad influence

 But it was something that she was sure Bushido never tried. "Have you ever got high?"

The tinkling noise of the earings made the blind mare's ear flick involuntarily and she was caught completely off guard by the Unicorns question. "Um.. No, I can't say I have, again spend my time hunting monsters and Ponies with bounties on their heads and I'm fairly sure doing that while high would be nearly impossible. Then her eyes slightly and she smiled." But.... I'm not working right now..... ".

Mezra smiled as well."Well, I grow my own cannabis. Of course I mostly use it as an ingredient for my alchemy. But, when I'm feeling a little stressed from failing one to many experiments. I like to grind some up and smoke some from pipes I made out of test-tubes or some normal glass and wood pipes I got at a store in Manehatten. So if you want to give it a shot I could go get some."

Bushido exhaled slowly as she thought about it. "Like I said, I am not working at the moment. You were the only job I had taken at the moment since you had such a high bounty. But your throat level was too high for most Ponies to take so I decided to focus on hunting and killing you. But, sure, since I'm not working, I guess I could".

Mezra made a face. "I didn't even know I had a bounty. I don't think I've done anything that would give me a bou..." She stopped and then thought about it. "Oh yeah. Well I guess it's because I know a lot of things that a pony shouldn't know.  Basically secrets and spells that can change the world in many different ways. So yeah, makes seance. How much is the bounty anyway?" She asked as she walked over to a cabinet and grabbed two long pipes and a small bowl of cannabis.

She stretched out a bit before giving her answer. "I don't give exact numbers. But it is high. Unfortunately, I won't get it since I'm not going to kill you", she said with a small sigh. "But hey, I don't mind letting you live and losing out on your bounty since you're fixing my sight", she said simply.

Mezra shrugged. "Fair point." She brought over the bowl and pipes and sat back down next to Bushido. "I wonder when my friend, who's a bounty hunter, would thing when he finds out about my bounty I'm sure he wouldn't bring me in or kill me. But anyway." She filled the pipes and hoofed one to Bushido. "Place it between your lips and inhale when I light it with my magic."

Bushido sighed a little when she said her friend wouldn't bring her in or hurt her. "That's the problem with bounty hunters having criminal friends, they let them go, and then the criminals keep on committing their disgusting crimes", she said and chuckled. "Then again, I would do the same thing", she said before putting the pipe in her mouth, wiggling it experimentally.

Mezra chuckles. "It's funny that you said that. Considering that my friend has committed more crimes then I can count, so he tells me. He use to be a pirate, he has ties with the mob, he's broken into Canterlot castle more then five times, he's broken out of prison twice, he's started a lot of bar fights and set many places on fire. He also did some war crimes that he's not very proud of and doesn't like to talk about much. And I've never ever jay walked let alone any other crimes. ... Well maybe crimes against ponmanity, but that's up for debate." She sat as she put her one pipe to her lips and let them both with her magic, then inhaled.

Bushido nodded. "We've all done things we aren't proud of... Things we don't like to discuss. But thwn we shun others for doing the same and hunt them down... Makes being a bounty hunter pretty hypilocrital if you ask me", she said before inhaling on the pipe unsure as to why she had agreed to it.

Mezra shrugged again as she inhaled deeply. When her mouth was full of smoke she cut off her magic. "Now...hold it in as long as you can." She said quickly while she was still holding in the smoke. After holding it in for a few more seconds she let out a large buff of smoke. "Yeaaaaaaaaaah." Mezra let out a chuckle and leaned back in her seat.

Bushido inhaled on the pipe, holding in her inhalation for about a minute before exhaling it slowly, figuring she had done it wrong. "Um.. Did I do that wrong", she asked wondering what would happen if she had done it improperly. She sat rigid, a little ideas you about the whole idea of getting high.

"No, you did it right. It just takes a bit to kick in." Mezra called for her skeleton. She asked him to bring them some soda, chips, cookies and candy. "When it kick in you get really hungry." She then lied down next to Bushido with her head near her leg. "And if this isn't your thing we can try something else."
