Is there anyway for me to get my conversations that have disappeared back?

so I came on the forums today to find that I had only three friends, most of my conversations were deleted, and that I had been sending messages to people, and changing my info and I wasn't on for the last few days so I don't know how this all happened, I just changed my password, is there anyway to find the ip/locations/accounts registered with that ip? so I could figure out if I know who did this and if there is anyway to get it all back? because I do like to read over the messages and now it is all gone along with my friends

To my knowledge you lose friends only if someone removes you from their list. If you were inactive that may be what happened.
