Bob Cratchit- Twilight Sparkle 

Tiny Tim- Feather Weight 

Ghost of Christmas

-Past- Pinkie Pie 

-Present- Celestia 

-Future- Queen Chrysalis 

Fred the Nephew- Rarity 

Martha Cratchit- Apple Jack

 

I know 95% of MLP is female characters. But lets see if you guys want to change my list or agree. Trixie makes the perfect Scrooge. Diamond Tiara is too young.

Marley = Silver Spoon (her only friend)

Tiny Tim = Scootaloo, which makes Dash Bob Cratchett

Fezzywig = (Scrooges 1st boss) = Fluttershy or Cadence

Past = Sweetie Bell

Present = Discord

Future = Nightmare Moon, Sombra, or Chrysalis
