Cursor ponies

I have seen on some websites, that your cursor turns into a uniquely designed animated cursor such as a soldier hiding in a box (from a Metal Gear fan page). I have a suggestion that we could have an animated cursor of random ponies such as Pinkie Pie firing her Party Canon or Rarity trying on multiple outfits. I know that it would take a lot of work to go into it and it seems less important than some other suggestions on the forums. It would just be something unique that some people would like to see, not all, but some.

 

Please read through this thoroughly and tell me if I need to add anything more to this topic.

At this time there are no plans to implement this feature on our end, though I bet there might me several client side curser plugins that you could investigate

As a fellow Chromebook owner, I can explain better than he/she did.

 

Chromebooks can be as fast as your connection to the internet, so I believe, but in exchange you can only download the basics. No downloadable games, no extra features like Skype, just video, audio, and pictures on your device.

 

HOWEVER! There is a way to turn your Chromebook into a Linux computer. I wouldn't recommend it, though.

If you can download Stylish Chrome addon to that device from Google's Web store you can change your cursor with CSS

 

And to have for example this image as cursor

 

 

First you need to go to stylish settings and create new style and set it to work on domain mlpforums.com

 

then add this code

body, div, a, span, img, p, html, tr, td{
   cursor: url('https://gp3.googleusercontent.com/-Hc4i6MbZnjc/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAgk/aGSp4u4GP3w/s48-c-k-no/photo.jpg'), auto;
}

You can change the url to the cursor that you want to use but it wont work if the source image is too big
