"silver!" caliber said, surrounded by monsters. he jumped next to silver, and stabbed his sword straight up into the worms mouth. he was lucky the worms mouth was open, while silver was guarding against it. the worm flinched backward, caliber looked back at ice blizzard. "you can keep the army occupied, right?" he turned around to the worm, prepared to counter, rapidly looking for weak points. the roof of its mouth is an option, but...its too risky.

 

OOC: im pretty sure thats eclipse riding the worm

Ooc: Yes, it is. When he runs away, he drops a teleport amulet.

The pony cursed and flinched back, raising his sword to a guard position. "No matter," he growled. "I'll kill all of you myself if I need to. Monsters, Attack!" The pony's horn began to glow, heralding a magical Attack, and the Alicorn spread his wings wide, preparing to take off at the first sign of retaliation.

caliber readied himself, "ok, im gonna try something crazy, but im gonna need some time!" his horn began to glow with dark magic, and a dark mist swirled around his body, while silver was distracting the worm, caliber was forcefully upping his strength, speed, and reaction time. when he was ready, he yelled, "watch out!" and jumped with impossible speed towards the worm

when caliber was done with his attack, the worm was severly sliced up. almost to the point where it was dead. caliber landed on the ground with a crippling headache. "silver, can ya finish it?" he asked, almost fainting.

Blizzard jumped, "Yeah I can handle them, just give me some room I'm about to make some copies!" Blizzard then made more ice clones to fight along with his team. and outnumber the enemy. "Yes! Now we've got a chance, attack my clones! Kill them all and cool them off!"

eclipse was still trying to make the worm obey him. when it died, he flew off it, and watched it wither on the ground. "you win this time, mortals!" he said, before preparing to teleport, "but you wont win next time!" then, as fate would have it, an amulet fell from his neck, and before he could grab it, he had disappeared to his fortress. caliber walked up to it, while IB took care of the rest of the mini-army. "whats this? theres some kind of enchantment on it..."

"I honestly don't know." Wilhelm, by that time, had regained consciousness. "I suppose it could have a teleportation spell on it? If so, we should try it, see where it takes us." He shrugged, bones cracking in his shoulder, which brought a wince. "Damn it. I'll have to get Celestia to heal me once we get out of this pit....it doesn't look like it's going away. Then again, we are going through Tartarus and enduring immense physical trauma in the process..."

I believe you're doing my job...I'm the leader...So isn't it my job to command and give orders to the troops? *Silver said with a confused look* But anyhoof, Forward troops! We must press onward!

Several seconds after the skeleponies finally shatter, Sinusoid attempts to stand, winces, and immediately lays back down. "Ow — Yeah, that is definately internal bleeding..." He says, looking down to see that his hoof is both burned and turing slightly blue. He gets up again, this time with that hoof lifted, and partially trots to where the others were conversing. "Sorry for — uh — not really helping... I kind of — hurt myself. I didn't expect to have that kind of power."

Sinusoid! Quick! You must swallow this! *Silver gives him the vulnerary* No comrade of mine is going to die on my watch! I'm not sure how to say this but...How exactly did you get accepted into Equestria's Army may I ask? Shouldn't you be doing something a bit more domesticated than fighting? I mean you seem to have a pretty bad medical condition of some sort...

"Yeah...silver is the leader." caliber said, "but there is Indeed another castle. Maybe eclipse made it during his time here?" he looked at the amulet. "Imma scoop it out real quick." he willed the magic within it to activate, and he teleported to outside the fortress. "Woah..." caliber muttered, "this is crazy..." there were all sorts of monsters. And was that...a Dragon?! Teleporting back, he looked at the others, and said "yeAh.no mistaking it, the amulets there. In the deepest pit in tartarus."

Blizzard was sarcastic, "Well that's just great. How are we gonna get aaaaaaaaall the way down to the deepest part of Tatarus, without halfway dying?! There's gotta be an easier way to do this. Think ponies think! How can we get down there without encountering more things that'll kill us?"

Sinsoid takes the vulnerary and sets it on the ground, and says, "I'm not going to die..." Then at Silver's remark about a "medical condition", he responds frustratedly, getting louder as he continues, "Medical condition? If you didn't see, I fell out of a portal at near terminal velocity, onto a field of lava, where I used an unexpectedly powerful sound wave to blast myself into a brick wall, even faster than before. Actually, I'm surprised that the impact didn't break any —" He suddenly stops and turns around to see his burned hoof, using his magic to check for breaks. At the slight touch, a small piece of flesh falls off, releasing the reservoir of blood under it. Sinusoid winces again, suddenly not knowing what to do, and simply begins yelling, "aaaaaaaaAAAAAAAA..."

Just as I had thought and feared...Alright then! Onward we must go! With the power of this sword I will vanquish Eclipse! And forever bind him to this foul pit from which he came!

Calibers eyes widened when he saw sinusoids hoof flesh fall off, and start to bleed. There was always his solution...which was namely dipping his sword in the lava, and searing the wound shut.

 

But he thought against it.

 

He turned to the others. "Remember! Eclipse is stronger than we are! If possible, we're gonna have to do it by stealth!" he looked at his sword."and if it does come down to fighting, I Have a plan. The amulet bestows incredible power, stronger than that of an alicorns, right? Maybe, we can use the amulet to beat eclipse!"

I am not sure how to say this...No offense but you seem a bit...fragile...Perhaps you should reconsider being a soldier and maybe try another line of work?

Agreed. But if what I saw earlier was correct only somepony with enough potential with magic can wield it without it overloading and destroying them...

Wilhelm snapped out of his deep thoughts, a focused, serious expression on his face. "Caliber, can you, IB and Sinu cast a cloaking spell on us? Then, we can teleport in front and use the cloak to find an advantageous position for a stealth infiltration."

Sinusoid responds to Silver without looking as he uses a rag to clean some blood off of his coat, then cover the wound; "I never intended to do anything like this, and I already have two lines of work, both of which would involve this:" He holds up the rag, soaked with blood. "Now Wilhelm, I can't with any certainty execute a cloaking spell, but I can make one both inaudible and invisible using sound to refract light. What are we hiding from? I missed something, again."
