Lightning being jostled ever so slightly woke up for a split second, "Flying." he said as he fell back asleep. "I miss flying with you," Lightning put more of his weight on Rainbow slightly catchning her off guard to the point of almost knocking her over.

Twilight was a little uneasy at the comment Tech said, "We were the ones that stopped Nightmare moon, so maybe if this Queen Equinox comes, we might be able to hold are on with her as well."

"Woah, hey! Lightning I know your tired, but you need to wake up!" Rainbow exclaimed, stumbling slightly as she tried to regain her balance.

 

Pinkie giggled from the side-lines. "Just kiss him already Dashie!"

 

Rainbow glared at the pink mare, "Not helping, Pinkie..."

Lightning finally had all his weight on Rainbow's side and he moved slightly knocking Rainbow Completely off balance. As Lightning fell on top of Rainbow, he snuggled closer and curled up in a ball completely fast asleep. "Just a little bit longer."

 

Twilight looked over to Rainbow on the ground with Lightning half laying on top of her, "You know Rainbow, the whole point of waking some pony up, is to wake them up, not make them more comfortable." she said as she glared at Rianbow.

Rainbow was torn between glaring at Pinkie or Twilight, "It's not my fault he doesn't wanna wake up! And maybe if I had some help here, I might actually make some progess!" She said, frustration lacing her tone. Then she found her muzzle forced to connect with Lightning's for a few seconds. "Pinkie, what the hay!? that's not the kind of help I meant!" She cried out upon being released.

 

"Oh come on Dashie, we both know you wanted to do that..." Pinkie replied, grinning at the pegasus mare.

 

"T-that's not the point!"

Lightning woke up out of his sleep being startled with something next to his muzzle. Seeing Rainbow In front of his face he blushed, "Ah, what just happend?" Lightning said as he looked away quickly, "How did i get on the ground with Rainbow?" Lightning made his way off the floor and looked down at the ground embarrassed.

 

Twilight looked over to Rainbow, "I guess a kiss is all that was needed." she said giggling. 

 

Applejack leaned over to Rainbow, "Sugar cube you know you wanted to do that for awhile, stopping playing the big girl act."

Tech looks away as a sign of respect for Rainbow Dash. He says to Twilight, "In my world she has converted to her side what we call the Elements of Destruction. You may have to face them first. But I trust completely and know that you can win. Cella said you could do it before she died from the effects of Equinox Gas. Cella was the Equinox equal of Celestia."

Twilight still giggling at what was going on, quickly made herself professional again, "So, these elements of destruction are based off the Elements of Harmony." Twilight slammed her hoof into the ground, "If these happen to come up we will face them as a team!" she exclaimed as she looked at everyone in the room.

Rainbow looked away from her smiling friends with a blush. And if anypony asked, she was not pouting.

 

Pinkie was giggling, both at Rainbow's reaction and at Lightning's clueless-ness.

John chuckled at the situation, even as he continued to type into his computer. "Juusstt~ about... Done!" He hit enter, bringing up a holographic 3D view of the area. Shutting it down, he turned towards James. "Holographic mapping system is done sir!"

 

"About time..." Stein complained, "How long do we plan to spend in 'Pony Land' anyways? It's an eyesore."

 

"I like it here!" Gir said happily as he swung his feet over the side of John's head, where he was currently sitting.

Tech nods and says, "If you need extra help I can and will contact Shela and Tritan. I can have them send all available Tristan clones to aid you. Being that they are machines, they are also immune to Equinox Gas."

 

Tech takes a stance of a warrior ready to give his life for a good cause.

James laughing at the situation on hand he commented, "You know, its kind of nice seeing young love bloom in such a situation." as he pointed at both Rainbow and Lightning.

 

Lightning still confused at the situation, still blushing, "What you mean, young love," as he tried to hide his embarrassment even more, "I don't, love her, i mean, i do, but," Lightning looks back at up, "Oh Well, I guess i can't hide it after all."

 

James acknowledged John, "Good, I want all the information sent to my HUD, I want to look it over, and you have my help as well Twilight, I have fought many foes and I'm not worried about losing my life for a good cause."

Twilight looks at Tech, "Thank you, Im very grateful that you would do that for us, One sec." Twilight walks over to one of your bookshelves and pulls a very old book off the shelve and walks over to Tech, "Here, i want to give you this, It has all the history of our world from the beginning of time. I thought since you loved history so much you like it." Twilight blushed as she held out the book in her hoof.

Tech smiles warmly at Twilight and says, "I love magi-tech more. But one can never get enough history. Also has anypony ever told you that your cute when you blush?" He winks at her.

 

He receives the books and gives Twilight a friendly hug with a wing. He then sits down and reads the book comparing it to Equinox's History.

Twilight turns her head away form Tech trying to hide her embarrassment, "Well thank you,"  she says as she hugs back Tech. "No pony has ever said that to me." She finally steps back and asks Tech, "do you happen to have any books in your world? I would like it if i could get one of your history books"

Tech smiles and says, "i only have the refrence guide to the Equinox version of the Elements of Harmony on me. I do have a full Library on the Rainbow Fortress." Tech holds out the book. He thinks 'It is surprising the humans haven't made a comment about how we ponies hold items with out hooves.'

 

Tech then continues studying the history of Equestria. He every so often looks to Twilight and thinks, 'Definitely not the same as Dimstar. She is far better then Dimstar and cuter.'

Rarity walked over, patting Rainbow Dash on the back, "It's about time Darling, we've all seen how you two looked at each other... So when's the date, I have a few dress ideas that could look simply fabulous on you!" She then leveled a deadpan look at the tom-coltish pegasus "Provided I can get you to sit still long enough to put them on..." Rarity sighed, "But I'm sure I'll work out something..."

 

"Woah, woah, woah! DATE!?" Rainbow exclaimed, "Rarity, you can't be serious! You know how I am with that mushy nonsense!" She huffed, "Besides, I've got too much on my plate training for the Wonderbolts!"

 

Rarity grinned, "Why Rainbow Dash, I had no idea you knew such a big word!" She jabbed playfully before rolling her eyes. "Besides, I'm sure that you'll live if you take a bit of time from your training schedule."

 

(OOC: Rarity has purple-ish text because her coat is white(White on white is no good) and so I used something more similar to her mane's coloring.)

Swift rolled her eyes at the lovey-dovey stuff happening right in front of her eyes. She was never one to have relations, and to be honest, she prefered it that way. She wasn't really paying attention to the progress of the portal, however she still was interested in the progression.

 

"Sorry for staying quiet for all this time, but how's the portal going along? I think it should be our top priority." She said her last sentence loudly for everypony in the room to hear, directing it to all the ponies teasing Rainbow Dash about Lightning.

Lightning looked over to Rarity, "Yeah, that's one thing you diffidently can't get Rainbow to do is stand still." he chuckled as he looked at Rainbow. "And beside, she to afraid to admit it, Lightning said as he looked at Rainbow, softly jabbing her in her wing, trying to get a reaction, "that Human over there pulled it out of me basically, and now i feel a lot better."

Applejack looked at Swift Wing, "you know your right, If Rainbow and Lightning want to hide there love for each other," Applejack said as she looked at Rainbow one more time with a smirk, "that's there thang. I would more be worring about this portal thingy."

Tech says to swift fang, "I just need the parts to fix the portal and will have it done in a quick minute."

 

He then continues to read the history book. He finds it interesting that the events are almost identical to his world's history. He finishes the book in a matter of 15 minutes. He places the book neatly back in its place.

Reven watched the group while sitting on the floor in the corner, he smiled under his helmet.

 

"Its nice to see a world at peace, or at least as close to peace as you can get. Enjoy the time you have together. Emperor knows that your closest allies could be ripped away from you in a heartbeat. I know it all to well"

 

Reven stood up and stretched, Sitting still wasn't something he did a lot he looked at tech and pointed at the portal.

 

"I'd suggest getting that portal open quick, who ever took the dragon was most likely of evil intent, and the dragons safety may be in danger"

 

He looked to twilight almost apologetically.

 

"But I'm sure he is still fine Twilight, but the quicker we get him back the better..."

 

He looks to the floor, whispering the last of his reply.

 

"Although I'm too weak to make the journey..."

"What!?" Rainbow cried out indignantly, "I'm not afraid of anything! I just... Um... Uh..." She slumped slightly, "Yeah... I was scared..."

 

Rarity patted her back again, "We all get scared sometimes Darling, It's really nothing to be ashamed of." She said, comforting the pegasus.

John looked over at Tech, "What kind of parts do you need? I can't say that I know much about how the machinery around here works... But It seems a bit large and unwieldy so far..." He commented, motioning towards the portal machine.

Ugh, I can't keep this act up... These ponies are too friendly, it's making me nauseous. I can't just keep living on apples... I HAVE to bite something. She thought to herself, hiding away in a corner with no windows. She shook her head, snapping her senses out of her. She was at war with herself, and the longer she stopped biting, the more it conflicted her. No, you don't have to bite anything! Keep your bat senses inside. Her eyes slightly glowed as she looked at all the ponies; not that she could really help it. She decided to do something to calm her down. As much as she wanted a friend in this world, she can't stop herself from biting. And when her bat urges start to kick in... There's no stopping her. She started counting. 

 

"One... Two... Three..." She mumbled softly to herself. 

 

She started counting to distract herself from biting. It was an unhealthy addiction, and she just couldn't stop, no matter how hard she tried.

 

"Ow! I bit-" Her pupils grew small, and her bat form began to kick in. Blood formed in her mouth from the bite mark, but she didn't care. She knew that she was going to bite somebody in this room. She rushed outside of the Library before all of her senses began to kick in. Just until they wear off.

Reven notice the bat pony seemed to be struggling with something, his hearing picking up the quite counting and then when she bit herself, he was about as what was happening when she ran off, he knew something was up, he decided to try and make use of himself and ran outside after her, being careful to not to rip the door off of the library as he left, following behind her.

 

"Excuse me little one but I don't think I caught your name before, I see something is troubling you, can I help in any way?"

Lightning looked over to Rainbow, "Yeah, i know how that is, believe me, I've dealt with it long time, trying to hold emotions in that i really don't want any pony knowing about it, but now they came out, and i feel a little better." Then Lightning leans in closer to Rainbows ear and whisper, "I love you." He steps back a little and give Rainbow A hug.

James over heard the big guy say something under his breath, "Your not to weak, If anything, Ill back you up. I can see your a good soldier"

Twilight looks at the ground thinking about what Reven said, "We need to get Spike back," she looks over to Tech, "yeah, what parts do you need, I can tell if we have them, and if i can get them for you."

Rainbow blushed, burying her head into Lightning's shoulder and hugging him back for a bit. After a few minutes though, she pushed him away slightly and rubbed a hoof against her face to dry a few rouge tears. "Alright, enough mushy stuff for now... We've still gotta save Spike after all." Rainbow said, composing herself again.

Swift panicked as somebody followed her outside. "I'm- I'm.... Swift Fang..." She managed to say as casual as possible as her wings began to be raised. She delayed it slightly by bringing her wings back into their normal form.

 

"Yeah, I'm in a bit of a troubled state... Do you have any food? It's REALLY important." She said with a wince. "Preferably... Fruit?" She turned around to see Reven. She looked up at the man. Her fangs began to grow, and her pupils were extremely small. She was almost ready to bite. "Please... Before anything happens to someone."

Lightning took a step back, "I'm sorry, i had to get that off my chest, but i agree we need to get Spike." Lightning turned to Tech, "Is there anything we can do to help you get this thing up and running again."

As everybody was starting to calm down from everything that was going, the portal started power up again, after a few seconds the portal opened in front of everyone in the room.

 

James noticed the portal, "Hey, Tech, did you open that, or is it opening on it own?"
