request Can someone draw this cutie mark for me?

I was hoping if anyone here can do a cutie mark for me? Most of the cutie mark is done but some of it is missing and this is the best picture I can find for this cutie mark. A large picture of it will be nice. If anyone can do this, I will appreciate it.
