At the very least, the two princesses will be out and about, should anyone stumble onto them. Rainbow Dash may crash into someone anytime now. And, i'm thinking about sticking somepony unexpected on the hospital staff.

I can't wait to see who else.   Also, I was thinking Shining Armor, Diamond Tiara and Sliver Spoon, Gilda, Cheerilee, and Queen Chrysalis.
