Organizing advice for pony cubby?

I have a bit of a problem. I have limited shelf space to display my pony collection (Funko's- in boxes, plushies, books, DVD's, lunch tin, brushables, blind bags, ect) I have a tendency to try and re-organize them from time to time, trying to do so in a way that offers a bit more space for future ponies I might bring home, but I think I could use a new perspective. I have about a 3 or 4 inches (lengthwise) and foot and a half (width) left of shelf space, with how things are currently displayed on the top shelf/ cubby.

The Bottom shelf is longer, and displays most the Funko's, which are kept in boxes, as they're closer to the floor and more likely to get a bit dustier from the close proximity, so I don't want to move the ponies out of boxes to that lower shelf space. Not much room left there, either. Maybe only enough for 4 or 5 more Funko boxes, if stacked in front of the existing ones.

What if you got a rotating platform? You could display ponies without figures in the front blocking the other figures.

where would I get that? (I don't buy things online) How much would it set me back? Do I really need one, just trying to organize what ponies I do have?

I'm moving this to Pony Merch. This is a great topic and one that I think might benefit a lot of people here

thanks for moving it to the more appropriate forum.

I'm still struggling to organize them in a more efficient, space-saving way, though. (I thought I'd actually get help with this ): )
