Anyone noticed that FiW predicted that twilight would become a princess and the smooze returning? I almost feel like they brought back the smooze as a tribute to FiW xD

 

 

Also: Cult leader fluttershy was right XD I hope FiW does something with the smooze returning in that episode LOL

Could be chocked up to educated guessing or targeted guessing. I don't think it's that hard to predict those things in-particular. Twilight becoming a princess was fairly obvious for a while, at least as a possible direction the show could go in, as is the idea that the show might eventually bring back the smooze, as it's arguably one the more famous entities to come out of G1.

Well the Smooze in the upcoming episode is not the Equestrian harbinger of death and destruction that Fluttershy and Rarity pray to in FiW. In fact the G4 incarnation is almost a 180 from what any previous incarnation is, and is at the Grand Galloping Gala thanks to a jealous Discord. 

 

 

Of course if Grogar shows up, I'm taking full credit since my lore write-up on sheep predicted it.
