I'll say that the Devil from fantasia 2000 was pretty freaky. Then again that entire section of the animation was. The volcano in that same movie where the lava came to life and everything was pretty freaky. The music only made it worse of course. ;_;

The leviathan from the Disney Atlantis film. The design on this over-sized crustacean is amazing and it makes the coolest noises too

Think the only one I have found creepy over the last few years, would be Asura Kishin(the God of Madness) from "soul eater".
