In Pokemon, normally I'd drop Acid due to its low attack rating, but not in Victreebel's case, Victreebel's high physical attack rating can help offset the low power of Acid, in addition to the defense debuffs it can place on opponents. It can and does work, I've tried it in Pokemon Stadium before, with impressive results, in some of those battles I did not even need to switch Pokemon. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So it appears starter Eevee cannot be evolved, but wild ones can. Good to know, Jolteon is possible in that game.
