(need help) Destiny or Darkness

Queen Chrysalis and King Sombra have joined forces, now one of the biggest wars in roaming over Equestria. Ponies and other creatures are living in poverty and fear. Only a few years into the war and Princess Celestia and Luna have already fallen to their grave. Twilight retrieved Sunset Shimmer as her magical strength was dearly needed. Unfortunately, they had to hide themselves in the deepest caves of the Crystal Mountains, not wanting to be taken prisoner by the new rulers of Equestria. Now legends say that they have put together a team who are destined to stop the darkness roaming inside the realm.

(btw, the champions are Scootaloo, Spike and a daughter of one of the mane six, dont know which one yet)

 

So yeah, anyone have ideas for this story? Things I can add. Any ideas would be good

Also, while you've got what could be an interesting backstory, I'd suggest working out at least a vague plotline/theme for "current" events. Preparing ideas ahead of time allows you to foreshadow stuff before it happens, which is great for "destiny/prophecy" type plot twists.

Great idea, I will use that advice thank you. Also sharks with lasers...I like that idea
