Roy 15 November 5, 2015 Share November 5, 2015 I much prefer the first style, it's bolder with more prominant colors- It would be even better if you colored the lineart instead of leaving it black. It's always a lovely effect.
El Duderino 879 November 5, 2015 Share November 5, 2015 I think they are both vary good. I think the first one has a more cartoonish feel to it, and therefore a little more true to the show. The second one seems to have more detail and is also very good. I can't decide which I like better. DND 2,355 November 28, 2015 Share November 28, 2015 Interesting how different people progress their styles- I can't simply make a new one suddenly myself, it changes over time as I improve. I'm liking the newer one. It's a bit sketchier and in the works I see but it's more detailed and stays sort of true to your fluffy pony look while adding more stylization. The eyes look way nice. One thing I would like to see incorporated into this new style that I really think is an eye-catcher in your current one is your linework. The thicker lines are definitely appealing.
