Electrobolt smiled, as his mind began to race about what this place that Midnight mentioned could possibly have in store for him. He continued reading the book, as he imagined himself going through the ruins, just like Daring Do. However, as he was reading, a slight yawn escaped from his mouth. *No... I can't be tired already!* he thought to himself, still reading the book.

midnight smiled and snuggled electro, yawning lightly himself, laying his head on his coltfriends, "heh, somepony is tired as well." he chuckled and wrapped his hooves softly around electros neck.

Electrobolt could only barely chuckle, as he began to yawn once again. "Yeah... I guess I am..." he managed to say, slowly nuzzling Midnight's cheek. He wound up yawning once more, and this time, his eyelids and head both felt heavy. Eventually, his eyes were shut tight and he found himself falling asleep on the bed, this time smiling as he dreamed of what the ruins could possibly house.

Midnight smiled and kisses electros cheek, before making himself comfortable, "mm, goodnight my love." he smiled happily his eyes shutting, as he falls into dreamland.

Overdrive pulled his head back after a few moments. "I guess I wont be sleeping on the couch tonight" he said while blushing <wow that sounded stupid. Oh well, I already said it>

Midnight quietly got off the bed lingering his lips on electros before writing out a note and sticking it under his hoof,

went to the doctors, ill be back in a few hours,

he smiled and got his saddlebags on, leaving a similar note on the kitcchen table for honey then out the door to the nearby doctors office.

Electrobolt slowly began to stir as he opened his eyes. "Mmm... What time is it...?" he muttered aloud as he looked around the room. "Wait... Where'd Midnight go?" As he was about to get up, he noticed a piece of paper underneath his hoof. As he read the note, a small smile appeared on his face. Knowing where Midnight had gone off to had eased him up some. "Hopefully you'll get to feeling better soon," he wound up whispering to himself as he stuck the note into the book as a bookmark and proceeded to continue reading the book on his own.

*Schwartz couldnt be happier. She had finally found somepony that was not afraid of her. On top of that, he was a kind, gentle, colt that not only loved her as much as she loved him, but also rid he of her nightmares. She kissed him back with a smile and tears of happiness.*

Midnight was estatic, he couldnt wait to show electro the surprise, granted it wasnt much to him, but it meant so much to midnight, he could barely hold it in as he trotted down the stairs and slowly made his way into the bedroom, trying to keep a straight face, before burying his muzzle in his lovers neck.

Electrobolt smiled when Midnight came back, and allowed him to bury his muzzle into his neck. "Welcome back," he spoke up, giving Midnight a kiss. "So... What did the doctor say? Are your wings going to be better soon?"

Midnight gave a slightly sad look, "well.....it took all day...no real surprise there...but..."

he looked about to cry for a moment, before spreading both of his wings, "their both completely healed."

Electrobolt looked nervous for a moment when Midnight looked as if he could cry at any moment. But as soon as he spread both of his wings open, a smile appeared on his face. He then proceeded to give Midnight a hug as he said, "That's great news! That means you can fly again!"

midnight grinned from ear to ear and hugged electro back, "i know, i was actually kind of lucky, twilight was with the doctor, talking to him, both of them said my perdiciment was actually relavant to their discussion, half a day later, bobtails your uncle my wings are good as new." he was bouncing with excitement as he kissed electro deeply.

"it means i can do all those things i promised to do with you." he smiled

Electrobolt embraced the kiss when Midnight began to give him a deep kiss. Then, when they broke the kiss and Midnight said they'd be able to do everything that was promised to him, Electrobolt responded, "I can't wait to do all of that! When should we---" Just then, his stomach growled at him. Nervously chuckling, he said, "Ehehe... Guess I got too caught up in the book that I forgot to get something to eat..."

midnight smiled and nuzzled his lover again, "what do you want? ill grab it for you."

Electrobolt smiled when Midnight nuzzled him again. "Well... I really loved those muffins..." he spoke up. "Do you think you could get me some more...?"

Midnight chuckled and nodded, "of course," he folded his wings and trotted back upstairs, pulling the muffins out of the fridge and grabbing one for himself, he started downstairs again, his rear hoof catching on one of the steps causing him to stumble, but he spread his wings and landed on all fours, his legs shaking a bit.

he took a deep breath "whew."

When Midnight went upstairs to grab the muffins, Electrobolt moved himself back onto the bed. He resumed from where he had left off before Midnight came back and gave him the fantastic news. As he read the book, he thought he heard something go on right outside the door. Shaking his head, he got back up and walked over to the doorway. "Everything alright, Midnight?" he called out as he looked outside the doorway, seeing Midnight standing on his hooves, albeit shaking somewhat.

Midnight smiled the plate in his teeth "yesh, jush losh mah futing."

he set the plate down, "i mean, yeah, im good, just lost my footing love, im fine though, really."

he picked up the plate again and walked into his room, setting down the plate before flopping on the bed and getting himself comfortable and waiting expectantly for electro to get on as well.

Electrobolt walked over towards Midnight and gave him a quick kiss. He then smiled as he said, "Be a little more careful next time, alright?" Then jokingly, he added, "Tripping up and tumbling down the stairs is my job." He couldn't help but chuckle when he said that. Shaking his head, he said, "But seriously, please try to be careful..."
