At around the 11:22 mark you can see a blue picture frame that has a silhouette of the character below in the frame. I don't know, what do you think?

If so, I don't really see it, plus Them's Fighting Herds is a newer production, and I believe this episode was animated a long time ago, before the Trailer for Them's Fighting Herds came out.

There had been concept art that appeared before we even knew what characters we would get, also that picture does not look like the figure of a pony. This character could also be it.

That's just a random asset. Look at the clubhouse scene from after the intro in Sleepless in Ponyville, and you can see it. And that episode aired in December of 2012. That concept art wasn't around until at least 2013 wasn't it?
