So for those that know me I usually roleplay my OC Midnight Madness due to me liking how I wrote her. But I have a problem I need something new to spice up my thoughts so I have an Idea.

My New OC will be a unicorn with a white coat and a black mane. his cutie mark will be something similar to this.https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/44/b0/aa/44b0aa102af6afecd534a678b6286277.jpg

But what I will be doing with him is to be giving him unique eyes where one pupil is the cross and the other is a pentagram.

I need a name though and if anyone artistic can make a basic picture I would be very grateful

Never, never, NEVER use pure black or pure white except on the pupils and the eye lashes. It looks really bad. I'm sorry, but it's the truth. Look at the official MLP characters. All of them are easy on the eye and use very soft, bright, pastel colors.

By the way, make the cutie mark as simple as possible. They're simplistic visual representations of the pony's special talent, not a fancy tattoo.

Nice to know that you can take criticism, that's the first step for becoming a better artist in general  ;)

So now I have a name but I require a colour scheme what two colours could represent angels and demons but still look good

I was planning on making a simplistic version of the cutie mark but the meaning behind it is to show that the OC is a neutral character and is able to commit crimes like a demon and assist like a angel. Btw I am not religious just have a strange curiosity with angels and demons

That's an interesting concept. Seems a little dark for the MLP universe, but i've seem darker stuff based on the show that work well, so it's fine as long as you remember that it has to fit in some way or another the canon, because if it doesn't you might as well just make a human character.

I'm not very good with non-monochromatic color pallets, so I can't say much about that. Just a tip: red and yellow (many times used to represent dark and light) are very difficult colors to work with, because if you're not careful it can hurt the eyes by being too bright or/and saturated.

You can use a lot of colours really.

Demonic colours can include crimson through to lighter, faded reds and pinks. Also malignant purple colours and stoney-grey through to quite light.

Angelic colours can be light blues and golden through to faded yellows.

But that's just my suggestions, do whatever you feel is right and looks nice
