Hooligan smiled as looked at the juice in his cup, "probably for the best," Hooligan said with a smile, "you already know what Bedlam's like when he's sober. You don't want to see him drunk." Hooligan gave a slight chuckle. Hooligan lifted his cup in the air, "a toast to reuniting friends,"

Bolt raised her cup. "And to CHAOS!", she said, raising her cup. Suddenly food appeared on their plates. There was fried fish and mayo, like Bolt had said. "Oh, the meals are here! Well....dig in, I guess."

 

She levitated her fork and spoon up. "Hey, I wanna show you something," she told Hooligan. She reached into her bag again and this time she pulled out a framed picture. She showed it to him.

 

The photo showed a six-year-old Hooligan and a three-month Bolt hugging. "Our first time together...."she said.

"Good evening to you too good stallion...or is it mare? I can't quite tell from that hood of yours"

"Well, your first guess is correct" He said while concealing his face under his hood. He spoke to

"Can ye refill my cider?" He said with a smile. He looked at the stallion beside him, He extended his hoof and said "Nice to meet you, names hacktune" He reveals some of his face from the hoodie.

Hooligan slowly took the photo. He looked down at it and smiled, "I remember that day well," Hooligan said to Cipher. A few tears fell from Hooligan's eye and landed in his scars. It stung badly but Hooligan didn't care. Hooligan picked up a bit of fish on his fork. Hooligan lifted the bottom of his mask and took a bite. "The fish is great Cipher,"

"Thanks. I made it myself." Bolt said. "There's also ice cream for dessert."

 

She took the photo back. She too had a year in her eye. "At the time I had no idea we'd be causing chaos down the streets 15 years later."

 

"When we had to separate I was heartbroken," she continued. "I never knew that we'd meet again."

"I never knew if we'd see each other again either," Hooligan sighed, "but i always hoped that we would." Hooligan smiled, "and here we are now. Two friends enjoying each others company once again."

 

Hooligan ate some more of his fish. "So you wanna hear about what i have planned for after this?"

"Yep. But if it's something romantic I SWEAR I will SLAP you. Just because we're having this dinner doesn't mean we're SOULMATES or something like that, okay?" She raised an eyebrow and narrowed her eyes. She crossed her arms.

 

Cipher sighed. "Just promise you won't do anything romantic."

"Don't worry I promise I won't do anything romantic," said Hooligan with his hoof raised

"Thank Celestial," said Bedlam, "I can't stand lovey dovey stuff."

"But I must warn you I can't turn this swagger off. So I can't be held responsible if you fall head over hooves for me," Hooligan said jokingly.

Bolt rolled her eyes. She levitated some bowls filled with vanilla ice cream and gave one to Hooligan. "You're not kissing me tonight.",she said sternly.

 

"Now show me what you've got, genius," she said as she levitated her fork and stabbed her hoof with it. "I'm anxious to find out."

Hooligan smiled as he ate a spoonful of ice cream. "Well, you saw how I made that building explode right?"

"Of course she saw it," said Bedlam, "its where you two reunited."

"Well you probably noticed that it gathered some attenion. And I bet you my right hoof at least one of then was a hero. So I want to do it again, blow something up I mean," said Hooligan as he ate another spoonful of ice cream, "I know your not 100% villain anymore so if you don't want to join me or if you want to try and stop me thats fine." Hooligan gave a sly grin, "but at least give me a head start "

Bolt had a mischievous grin. "I wouldn't mind watching a few explosions, and being responsible for it would be even better."

 

Her horn and hooves lit up with blue flames. "I also wouldn't mind making a few deals along the way. It's been a while since I've actually possesed somepony."

Hooligan put his spoon in his empty bowl. "You don't know how much I missed that attitude from you," said Hooligan as he pulled his mask over his wide grin.

"Hazard," said Bedlam happily, "the dynamic duo is back in business."

"More like the 'dynamite' trio," laughed Hooligan, "so Ci know any place that could use a bit more excitement?"

" There's a tall building down the road from where we met. I heard that that place bores ponies to death. I went there the other day and it made me so bored I fell asleep when the tour guides were just introducing themselves."

 

"That place is in serious need of chaos or at least something fun. Let's break in there tonight! Agreed?"

"Agreed," said Hooligan happily, "i think i may know where you're talking about and i agree, that place is a total bore."

"Yay breaking and entering," Bedlam cheered loudly.

Hooligan teleported down to the ground, "I suggest we get down there as soon as possible."

Bolt flew down as well. "Wait here," she said. "I gotta go get some bombs I left in my room. Be right back!" She teleported away.

 

She appeared in her room and grabbed some explosives on top of her bed. "Bye, Peter. Be back in a bit," she told Peter. She petted him and teleported out.

As Hooligan waited for Cipher to return he realised that he had used all his explosives on that last building, "damn," said Hooligan to himself, "I left all the dynamite at home."

"So let's just go home and get it." said Bedlam.

"Because I'm pretty sure we're in another dimension so we need Cipher before we can leave. Just let her know we need to swing by my place before we leave."

That's exactly what Bedlam did.

Bolt got Bedlam's message and at that moment she appeared in front of Hooligan. "So you want to pass by home, huh? Sure." She held his hoof and lit her horn up. "Next stop: Hooligan's house."

 

They teleported away.

 

They appeared in Hooligan's house. "Wow, your house has really changed since the last time I was here," Bolt said, looking around.

"Yeah I have moved a bit of furniture," said Hooligan as he took off his mask in order to get a clean, "I had to sell the severed head collection."

"It was clashing with the curtains," explained Bedlam. Hooligan went to his room and placed some TNT into his saddle bag. He also found a clean mask and put it on. "Now we're ready to go," said Hooligan as he walked over to Cipher.

"I can only imagine how many masks you've got," she told Hooligan. "Just like how many bow ties I have in my closet."

 

She added, "There are 52534625365. Trust me, I counted. I make one or two a day." She checked a clock Hooligan had hanging on the wall. "Okay, we strike at midnight. It's 11:50, we've got ten minutes."

"Ten minutes you say?" Hooligan said to Cipher, "well I don't know about you but I like to wet my whistle before a break in. So if you need me I'll be at that bar you picked me up at."

"Bye," said Bedlam.

Hooligan teleported to the bar.

"Drinks on me," Hooligan shouted loudly.

"You do remember we're broke right?" asked Bedlam.

"Right. Drinks on me provided Inn Keep accepts IOUs."

Bolt nodded as Hooligan and Bedlam left. She walked around for a while around the house. Suddenly she stopped in her tracks. "Hm..I'm a bit thirsty too, actually...." She teleported to the bar. She went up to Hooligan and tapped him on the shoulder. "Hey," she said. "I kinda decided I was thirsty too so...." She reached into her bag and pulled out some bits. "The drink's on me."

"You dont have to do that," said Hooligan with a smile.

"But since we cant pay for the drink," said Bedlam, "we accept your gracious offer."

Hooligan rolled his eyes and turned to Cipher, "Thank you Cipher." Hooligan turned to Inn Keep, "could I please have another glass of pickle juice and whatever she wants," he said gesturing to Cipher.

"I'd like a soda, please. Here-" She dropped ten bits on the table. While they waited for the drinks, Cipher asked Hooligan, "So how exactly are we gonna pull this off? I mean, sure, we'll blow up the tower, but when I was there I remember hearing something about night guards. If we're going through with this, we gotta do something about THEM. Have any plans?"

Inn Keep nodded, and silently headed to the Inn's back room and returned with their drinks, not wanting to interrupt their conversation. He wasn't fazed by sudden teleportation anymore

 

He placed the drinks on the counter and headed back to his own duties.

Bolt noticed the drinks on the counter that Inn Keep had left. She levitated her drink and took a sip of it. "Thanks for that drink," she told Inn Keep. Reaching into her bag again, she tipped him two bits. She turned her attention back to Hooligan. "So...what you got?"
