I think it might be awkward for a male and female to 'switch bodies' -- but, if you want to go for a similar effect with two females, Applejack is the best replacement, in my opinion.

I would suggest some work on the title to make it more pony. something along the lines of: 'Freaky Friday: Body switching is magic' or 'My Freaky Little Friday'

I also agree that AJ would be better, it's less awkward in all the bad ways and more awkward in all the good ways. also Big Mac doesn't exactly... er... talk.

One more thing, I think it would be funny if the body switch is the result of Sweetie Belle trying to do magic and messing up, rather than the more obvious 'Twilight screws up a spell' trope.
