Harley smiled "I love you" he said. They were getting close to the clearing.

 

"Yeah" Fire hollered to the door. He walked over to in and unlocked it, then opened it "Hey Anna, how are you" he asked with a smile, hugging her as he did so

 

"Stop it, I've heard enough" Shadow grumbled angrily.

 

Omega left the body of the guard and walked out from the hospital, looking to see if Midnight was still nearby.

The Egotist knocked on the door.

 

"Shadow," he called. "Open up, it's me, the guy whose daughter calls you Mr. Bubbles."

midnight streached, "what did we do?"

cloud giggled, "oh silly, im not gonna tell you, guess.." she grinned then kissed him on the lips.

midnight blinked then smiled and kissed back, "oh cloud what am i gonna do with you."

he looked up then saw omega, "oh hey."

Shadow looked away from Clocks with a sigh, he got up and walked to the door and opened it "What" he stated rather gruffly.

 

Clocks jumped into the couch as Shadow got up victoriously.

 

Omega noticed Midnight as he scanned the area around the hospital. He noticed he greeted him "You act as if i'm a normal vampire, and not too much of a threat, Why?" he asked

"Oh, hello," the Egotist said slightly surprised. "Nice to see you too again Shadow."

 

The Egotist walked in.

 

"This is a -um- it's -uh- a nice place," Egotist looked around the room. "So, how have you been? I'm good and all, you know. Well except the fact that my daughter and I are now ponies."

midnight chuckles, "oh you are a threat, and honestly i dont know why, its weird...."

Shadow noticed Ego's comment about his house, seeing it was empty besides the picture and the couch, he was rather irritated by it. "I'd be thinking you would be more surprised your daughter is seemingly alive, Ego" he said

 

Clocks watched from the couch, he noticed Ego had obviously gotten what he needed from the warehouse.

 

Omega nodded. "I wouldn't want to intrude on you two, and i'm quite a horrid person to talk with sometime, so i'll be heading off" he said readying his wings for takeoff

midnight shrugged, "ehh, not that terrible, and were done with what we were doing i think..." he looked back at cloud who giggled softly,

"yup."

"Well, as you can see i'm quite a busy person, so unless you have a reason for me to stay, or really want to talk, i should really be on my way" he explained

[Victoria and Co. 782]

The Egotist shrugged.

 

"She's my daughter, I could only hope she'd be able to cheat death. It's something I could never do. That's what you do, right? Try and give your offspring an advantage, try and help them to be a better organism, help them evolve where you couldn't?"

[Chickey 383]

"Alright" Shadow agreed with a shrug

 

"I have no clue what you jus said..." Clocks said from behind.

[Prince Midnight 817]

midnight nodded, "i have nothing interesting to talk about, so, i guess ill see you around."

[Chickey 383]

"Alright" Omega said as he took off flying.

[Victoria and Co. 782]

The Egotist blinked.

 

"Oh, uh, yes," he stumbled through his words. "Sorry, not sure where that came from."

 

He shook his head.

 

"Anyway, Shadow, I've come to collect."

[Chickey 383]

"Collect what?" He asked gruffly with a grumble.

midnight watched omega go, then turned and smiled, nipping clouds neck, "how do you feel?"

she smirked and nipped back, "i feel great," then she looked at her hooves at the empty blood bags then over at midnight giving a sly smile, "mm," she pounced on him pinning him to the ground then kissed him.

"you really dont remember what happened last night?"

midnight shook his head, "well, just bits and peices."

Clocks looked at Ego and Shadow unsure of what is going to happen next, either way it was going to be entertaining, to say the least.

[Victoria and Co. 782]

"Well good sir," the Egotist started. "I'm here to collect something important, very important, that I once gave to you. I presume you do not have knowledge of it's importance."

[Chickey 383]

"You should presume i don't know what the heck your talking about" Shadow retorted.

[Victoria and Co. 782]

(Yay, internet stopped failing)

 

"Someone's grumpy," the Egotist rolled his eyes. "Okay, so I'm not expecting you to know about this, because I didn't tell you at the time that I was going to need to be repaid. As such, I'm not charging any interest. Remember back when you were human, well human-ish?"

[Chickey 383]

"Yeah, i suppose i do remember that dreadful time" he said

[Prince Midnight 817]

midnight grinned, "oh so we..?"

she giggled and kissed him, "your a little slow hun, but i love you none the less."

[Victoria and Co. 782]

"Well, there was one particular time you were going exceptionally crazy, and I gave you something to drink," the Egotist stared intently at Shadow as he spoke. "I need it's equivalence back now."

[Chickey 383]

"So, you gave me something without telling me, and now expect me to pay you back on something i never knew about?" he asked, trying to keep a straight face.

[Victoria and Co. 782]

"Oh, I told you about it, in fact, that very something has possible stopped you from exploding up to two times," the Egotist sensed drifting emotion in Shadow. "I don't want money Shadow, money is nothing to me but a troublesome weed in the lawn of society. No, I am after the same medicine that I gave you. I need more and it would seem that a certain... event, has caused my universe to have a shortage."

 

The Egotist walked around for a bit.

 

"Shadow, I need your DNA. And quite a lot of it too."
