"He might a valuable 'ally' in stopping a certain pony named Shadow," Plague said as he kept his crimson eyes locked on KB. He studied her two weapons, really only concerned about the fiery one.

<Seems to be magical fire, I'll have to be ready to cast a Seal to protect myself from it to some degree...>

Somewhere near the desert region of Equestria, a strange portal opened which sucked in anything unlucky enough to be in its vicinity. After a couple of seconds, a pegasus fell from it. He bore a dark crimson coat decorated with golden lines and swirls. His cutie mark was that of two gleaming red, reptilian eyes, fangs, and a snake tongue coming from the mouth.

"You stupid alien, next time, let me do the navigating through the Duat!"

He looked around at the new realm he had entered.

"~Oh hey, it looks like we popped up in a desert! Isn't that where you first got your Chaos Serpent powers or whatever?"

Orestes remain quiet as he searched the area. He could faintly detect a familiar aura somewhere.

"~It smells an awful lot like livestock around here..."

"Yeah, I think we might have landed in Shadow's home realm somehow... Judging by the looks of my body as of now, I'd say we're exactly there right now..."

He began to try and track down Shadow's scent...

Plague stopped short in midsentence as he felt a familiar presence enter the realm of Equestria.

"Sh*t, don't tell me he's here too!" he roared aloud.

"I don't know who shadow is. I don't know who any of you are. I have absolutely no reason to trust you whatsoever." KB ran the blade of Rage down her bracer, sending small flickers of flame out from her arm. "all I know is that that one," she pointed at Harley, "killed one of my closest friends"

Plague resumed his original behavior and looked at KB.

"Shadow is the one behind the vampires, raids, pretty much everything we've been fighting lately. Remember that librarian mare you guys found? He did that."

Plague flicked his forked tongue, still uneasy about the new presence and scent that had suddenly appeared in the realm.

"Anyway, all of his darkness manifested into physical form somehow, and I think it's safe to say that that new entity is going to cause a lot more damage than what the 'real' Shadow did..."

"If you keep encouraging a fight, I'll gladly bite you myself," Plague said as he formed a large fanged mouth from one of his tendrils.

"Now, we should probably head back to Ponyville if anything... and I suppose the pegasi could head to Cloud City or whatever it is you ponies call it..."

Shadow could feel something appear somewhere. He got up with a groan and slowly walked to the door of his floating house and opened it to peer outside.

 

Harley just grumbled and sat in his chair.

Plague's tendril morphed back into its original Giratina-styled form as he leapt off the tree.

"Should we go then?"

Orestes saw a floating house in the area.

"Well, that's new..."

As he drew nearer to it, he could smell Shadow more clearly now.

"Oh, wonderful, easy find!"

He sent a symbiotic tendril forward and latched onto the house and began pulling himself up...

"Mhm," he simply said as he finally pulled himself all the way up.

"So, judging by the feel of this place, you've been causing trouble here to huh?"

"Maybe." Shadow said "So what brings you here friend?"

"Ask the symbiote, its stupidity is what diverted my course through the Duat and made us wind up here," he growled.

"~Well excuse me, at least we're still alive! We could've fallen into Hell for all we know!"

*Schwartz walked up behind KB and stopped her.*

"K-Bar. Dont do this. She has no involvement in any of this. Killing her will not bring Draco back. And revenge is meaningless."

Plague shot two tendrils forward, caught her hind hooves, and yanked her back from Xiro.

"Now now, you can settle your own accounts with them later," he hissed.

"But as of now, let's restrain from killing each other until this problem is solved..."

Orestes sensed a familiar presence nearby.

"~Oh! Is dad here?" the symbiote asked childishly.

"Oh, him. Well, technically the symbiote is your dad, not mine... Neither is Scipio, that would be creepy as f*ck..."

KB slashed the tendrils away from her legs and continued towards Xero, but was stopped by Schwartz. She seemed to snap out of a trance and sheathed her weapons. "I'm sorry Schwartz. You know how easily I let instinct take over"

She turned to Harley. "listen here you sick f***, and you listen good. I will hunt you down, and then I will make you suffer. You will beg me to kill you." she glared

(Harley will eventually die, right?)
