He knew Rain had no knowledge of the house and decided this was probably the time to bring it up.

Rain glanced at the house, unfazed, as she carefully tried to get him to support his weight on her despite the fact she was a solid few inches shorter. "All right, come on. I'll help you. Can you fly?" She gently shifted a little closer to him so she could fully support him.

"I don't think i can." he said as he moved towards the house with Rain's help. "Although i think i can fix that." he said when they reached the house. He used his magic to lower the house down to the ground. It seemed like it was hard for him to use his magic though.

"All right, well come on," she said, herself now limping slower and slower, However, she was determined to get him inside. "I'm going to get he-ah!" She stopped abruptly and winced in pain, then continued, now dragging her leg as she struggled to support Shadow. "I'm going to get help," she repeated through gritted teeth.

"No, it's fine" he said trying to make her stop worrying "You are going to need help before me, though" he said as he entered the house with her. The house was still empty and colorless, besides the couch and the picture of Rain and him.

"I'm fine!" she lied. "Dude, it's just a little scratch. Look at you." She forced him to sit down and glanced at the picture with a little smile, then turned her attention back to him.

"We're going to need some help," she fretted, carefully leaning over so close that their faces nearly touched to examine him. "Oh, god, what do I do..." She lifted her gaze to his. "What's up with your eye? Is it okay?" She gingerly reached out to touch his face and then stopped. "Uh...I don't want to make anything worse. I'm sure you understand, considering my track record." She giggled a little, nervously, obviously worried.

Rain smiled at the use of his nickname and then promptly fell over.

"Whoops, sorry," she said, noticing she'd jostled him a little. She tried to stand up but the cut was still bleeding crazily.

*hit, I knew I went too deep that time...

"Okay, so, uh..." She tried not to sound panicky, even as her vision started to swim a little. Shaking her head, she settled on the couch next to him. "I guess we might have to."

Shadow used the last of his magic to summon Stitches. It seemed to have taken a toll on him as he grabbed his Right eye, that was still inverted as it cried out more blood.

 

Stitches was thrown out of a portal and hit the ground with a thump. He gave a sigh as he got up. He knew why he was summoned and immediately started to used his advanced healing magic to heal Rain's wound.

"Uhm...patient's over there," she said, pointing to Shadow. Noticing his eye was worse, she grabbed his face and turned it towards her so she could look, and then let go and blushed.

"Ack! I'm so sorry!" she said stupidly, waving her hooves around in panic. "I didn't do anything right? God, I'm an idiot, I don't know why I did that, I'm so so sorry, ah, this is all my fault!"

Rain kept rambling off apologies wildly.

"I cant do anything for him" Stitches said as he continued to heal her.

 

"I'm fine, really" he said as he kept his hoof to his eye. Not knowing fully as to why Rain was apologizing. "How is it your fault?"

"Anything?" She glared mutinously at Shadow. "You wasted your magic to help ME? C'mon, it was just a scratch! You're the one who needs help!"

Hearing his question, she blushed a little again. "I was...uh...worried I'd make your eye worse."

Stitches continued to heal her without saying a word.

 

Shadow sighed. "I used my eye as a weapon as a last ditch effort, it's something that i never do mainly because of the extreme magical strain it does in return." he said "I was already weakened from the split, and now this."

midnight hadnt bothered to follow shadow, he knew what he was doing, so he turned and started his long walk to clouds house, just to say hello mabey do something with her, he didnt know.
