"Shadow? As in Shadow Cloud? Previously Storm Cloud?"

*Legacy said.*

"Yes, he would be a good source of information."

Corrosion let out a small hiss at Star's fangs. He prepared to pierce he heart with his acidic tail, but was stopped short by Plague.

"Easy there boy, she's only a kid," he said.

Star whimpered as the tail shot out towards her, too scared to even move.

 

Shadow looked at Corrosion, just noticing him "Why are you in my house?" asked his former enemy

"Yeah, come on Tavi," the blue maned unicorn called as she walked out of the house. "You don't want to be late, do you?"

 

Sam looked back at Vinyl Scratch. She and her roommate Octavia had been kind enough to give a place to sleep and food to eat.

 

"I'm coming Vinyl, hold on," Octavia said as she backed out of the house, pulling a cello along with her.

 

Sam trotted ahead as Octavia struggled to pull the large instrument through the door. She had been staying here since her second night as a pony, and she had slowly grown accustomed to daily life. Sam had even picked up on the violin a bit, finding that she loved to play music almost more than as she loved to listen to it.

 

When she had been human and dead, music was scarce and she had never had any instruments.

 

"I guess that's just a benefit of living with the two greatest musicians in Ponyville," Sam said to herself. "Plenty of music."

A tendril wrapped around Corrosion's tail and yanked against it, stopping it mere inches from her body.

"You'll have to excuse our spawn here... He's a bit insane," he said gently to her in an attempt to comfort her.

"Now tell us, where do you come from?"

"Oh, we know that place," Plague said as he remembered twisting the place into a hellish nightmare.

"*We decided to join the good side for now," he said simply.

"I guess i am" she said. She was rather confused, she had only known him for about a day.judging by what is going on, she had gotten herself in quite a big mess.

 

"Splendid" Shadow said sarcastically.

midnight yawned, but noticed nopony was around still, "hmm, well, i wonder where they are?"

"We honestly don't care what you think Shadow, just be thankful we're here. For all you know, I could've easily snapped all of you up if I weren't on your side," Corrosion said baring his fangs.

Shadow created a few temporary couches around the room so no one had to stand. "That's great Corrosion, there was a time i trusted you, but now would not be that time"

 

Star sat down in one of them, her hunger started to get to her, but she couldn't bare the thought of hurting anypony.

midnight smiled as cloud bumbed her flank against his "so, what now? we dont really have much to do here...."

midnight shrugged, "well, i guess we could find something to do in ponyville?"

cloud smiled wide, "well, theres a few placed i wouldnt mind going."

midnight grinned and nipped her neck, "well, come on then." he shouldered his saddlebags and smiled, "lets go entertain ourselves.:

Fire walked down over to a chair and sat down. Rain had broken the picnic table, so that was gone.

Plague's senses alerted him to Star's hunger. He moved away from her to not tempt her.

"Well, you did lie to my face when i did trust you" he said with a chuckle "You betrayed evil me quite easily, so i think you would do the same to me"

as midnight and cloud walked into ponyville, midnight noticed two mares he recognized, and one he didnt, "hey octavia, vinyl, how have you two been?" he smiled, he had been friends with octavia when they were younger, and dispite her being an upper class, he remembered she could play pretty dirty, but they were young and just having fun.

Octavia and Vinyl were still tugging on the cello case when they heard a familiar voice.

 

"Oh, heyh Midhight," Vinyl said through a mouthful of cello case handle. "Suph?"

 

Octavia had gotten back inside the house and had started pushing the case. She looked up at the sound of Vinyl's muffled greeting.

 

"Hmm? Oh Midnight!" Octavia responded "How have you been? It has been a while, hasn't it?"

he began pushing on the chello case next to octavia and with a little twisting it was out the door, "heh, still lugging the chello around hmm? hows the upper life been treating you?"
