"Look Vinyl," Octavia said mockingly. "One whole "party pony" showed up to see you."

 

Sam walked in the door behind Octavia. She looked up at Shadow and stopped.

 

Vinyl walked over to Shadow and flicked his earphones.

 

"Yo, I'm the only DJ around here!"

 

Vinyl flicked them again and then ripped them of of his head.

midnight coughed and licked his fangs, before looking in the direction the pegasus went, "where did they take cloud?"

Shadow noticed Sam, then Vinyl and Octavia. He kept his sunglasses on in case his eye color started a conversation. "Alright" He said with a chuckle "Do you need anything then?"

 

Stitches shrugged "I don't know"

midnight frowned, "your no help." he spread his wings and bolted off to find clouds scent, and when he picked it up he followed it, hoping she was alright.

Stitches sighed and started off towards the Club. it seemed someone else had entered it.

Shadow noticed Sam, then Vinyl and Octavia. He kept his sunglasses on in case his eye color started a conversation. "Alright" He said with a chuckle "Do you need anything then?"

 

Stitches shrugged "I don't know"

 

Octavia slide Vinyl aside and smiled apologetically.

 

"Yes, we were won-" Octavia started but was interrupted by Sam.

Orestes emerged from the shadows of Ponyville. He remembered wrecking it before, but now it seemed to have gotten several repairs. Besides, he wasn't here to destroy it again, he was simply looking around.

"It isn't really that bad of a place, should've though twice before using our desert power here," he said as he walked around. He noticed some ponies giving his cutie mark (two red reptilian eyes, fangs, and a forked tongue) strange looks and glared at them, making them go away elsewhere.

"~Even this place has its share of judgemental asses..."

Sam looked up at Octavia then back to Shadow.

 

"I knew him because he was dead once. At least, somewhat dead."

 

Vinyl had been examining Shadow's fallen headphones, but upon hearing Sam's words, she had dropped them and rushed to Octavia's side.

 

"What?" she asked Sam. Then she turned to Shadow. "WHAT?"

midnight landed and followed the scent, thankfully cloud was okay, but she was crying, she had blood on her coat, and the pegasus lay dead.

she shrunk when she saw midnight, but midnight sighed and trotted over hugging her tightly, "what happened?"

 

cloud swallowed, "w-well, he he tried to....." she shook her head, unable to say the word, "a-anyway, i hit him with my magic, he then pulled a knife and tried to hurt me, i wasnt thinking, and the next thing i know, his blood was all over me, and he was dead.....i-im sorry...."

midnight sighed and hugged her tighter, "your alright, youll be fine...im not mad...." he shook his head, "we need to get you cleaned up, come on, i think that new club might have a place where you can wash your coat."

 

he picked up her shaking body and spread his wings, flying in the direction of the club.

Shadow face hoofed "Well, this is going swell" He said sarcastically, not answering Vinyl

midnight landed on the front end and slowly pushed his way in, saying his hellos and that cloud and he needed to use the restrooms for a quick moment, trying to hide the fact she was covered in blood.

Sam shuffled her front hoof.

 

"I haven't told them anything about, before Mr. Bubb- Shadow," Sam said. "By the way, whatever happened to those vamponies?"

"I don't know" Shadow said looking from Sam to Vinyl. His odd overall color, tuffed ears with piercings on the right, and when he opened his mouth he had fangs, made him stand out. His glasses slowly slipped off his face and onto the floor, revealing his eyes "For the love of Celestia" he thought.

after cloud had cleaned up, and calmed down, midnight led her out and came over, just listening quietly, he really didnt want to barge in, so he just kinda slunk into the conversation and listened.

His glasses slowly slipped off his face and onto the floor, revealing his eyes "For the love of Celestia" he thought.

 

"Oh hey," Vinyl said picking up Shadow's glasses. "Nice lenses, I got a pair in my ba-a-a- Octavia, I think we should go..."

 

"Vinyl! Don't be so rude! I am so sorry, my friend here-" Octavia looked Shadow in the eye and stopped.

 

"Oh," Sam said slowly. "Well then."

midnight blinked, "something wrong tavi?"

Shadow "Yeah, the eyes are usually the kicker" he said nonchalantly.

 

Stitches walked in, his stitches up labcoat and body showing. He had similar inverted eyes to Shadow, except the pupils were Orange and Red. Shadow immediately gave him a 'Not the time to show up looking like that' look.

Octavia turned her head.

 

"O-oh, h-hello there, Midnight," Octavia gulped and then continued calmly. "Um, no, nothing is the wrong."

 

"OH SWEET DEAR CELESTIA THEY ARE CORNERING US!" Vinyl had turned around and spotted Stitches. "SAMMY, GET OUT OF HERE WHILE YOU STILL CAN! TAVI AND I WILL HOLD THEM OFF!"

 

"Um, are you okay Vinyl?" Sam questioned.

"Rawr" Shadow said simply as he spun around in his chair. Maybe he should have a bit of fun with them while he still can.

 

Stitches just watched with a entertained look.
