Cadence on the other hand is getting married to a royal gaurd with herself not being a "SUPADUPA GAURDIAN OF AWESOMENESS" she may not have the requirements for immortality. This is all speculation but they probably didn't think it to far through. Yeah they probably didn't, but I still can't help but think that the differences between Celestia/Luna and Cadence's manes must mean something when it comes to alicorn kind...
