Just think about it.Both are eldritch abominations,both are chaotic,bot have many powers and are able to shapeshift.That makes me think,is Discord an avatar of Nyarlathotep???Or is he just his servant???

Seriously one could slap a lot of labels on Discord, including most Outer Gods, Tzeentch, the Laughing God, Loki ect.

Though he isn't really that evil; he simply doesn't care for the consequences of his actions.

I don't think Discord is anything as complicated as a physical manifestation of a being that exists on a higher dimensional plane. I think he is just chaos taken form and rebelling against order.

Discord isn't really an abomination like Nyarlathotep though, he's more like a funny-looking chaotic mixture imo.
