Mist smiled at Sparkle before quickly hopping into the shower. He turned on the hot water and the bathroom filled with steam.

Mist smiled as he still wondered why Sparkle was worried about her appearance all of a sudden. He decided to forget about it and took another sip of his coffee. He looked at the laptop and smiled, he had half an hour to kill. Might as well play some World of Hoofcraft.

Mist stared for a moment at the stunning stranger that had entered his room. It took a few seconds before it hit him. "Holy crap is that you Sparkle?" he said standing from his seat. "What happened to your old coat. I mean I'm not complaining, you look amazing. But what happened?"

Mist went and grabbed Sparkle's glasses. "I'm right here," he said as he put her glasses on, "and no there's nothing wrong with you. In fact if I'm gonna be completelty honest you look amazing." Mist blushed. He hasn't realised before but he suddenly saw how beautiful Sparkle was.

Sparkle went red and ran off she wasn't able to process these new emotions that had entered her system it was a sliver of happiness and a large chunk of worry and a small sector of confusion and why. she went to a secluded corner of the bar where she could hear Ballpoint's terrible singing

Mist slapped himself in the face, "Good going genius," he said to himself, "you just made things awkward between you and Sparkle." Mist sighed and collapsed on the bed, before he smelled the horrible stench of puke. "looks like I'm on clean up duty," he said with a half hearted smile.

"Sparkle, sing it with me!" she said before resuming her singing. "I WAS WONDERING IF AFTER ALL THESE YEARS YOU'D LIKE TO MEET."

"n-no thanks..." Sparkle backed off stage and fell into the arms of a young Stallion. "woah! careful there..." He said putting her down. Sparkle officially hated this place. she looked around nervously she didn't know anyone but the drunkard on stage singing about... stuff..."

After Mist had cleaned up the vomit he decided it was probably best if he tried to find the others. he hurried out of the room and down stairs to the bar. He didn't know where to start looking but then he heard Ballpoint's drunk singing. He followed the noise and soon found Ballpoint as well as Sparkle. He walked over to her, "Sparkle, i just wanted to apologise if i made you uncomfertable back there."

Sparkle tried to talk in her strangest voice. "n-no There's no Sparkle here... m-maybe you should look over there Mist... shit..." Sparkle said face winging. "look Mist I'm sorry but what you said... I'm not ready for-" Sparkle was cut off by Ballpoint. "something like that..." she walked outside and into the ally where she partook in one of her old habits, smoking

He was in vegas to party and if people thought he looked stupid he could just blame it on alchohol. "Alright, that's the spirit, Mist!" said Ballpoint. She was about to launch into another off-key lyric, but before she could, Ballpoint stumbled and fell, taking Mist down with her. Instead of getting up, Ballpoint laid on the ground giggling drunkenly.

When he had calmed down he got ump and smiled at Ballpoint, "just like you to get completely and utterly shit faced without me," he chuckled. He held his hoof out to her, "come on let's get back to our room before you hurt yourself."

"Ffff, I can walk!" said Ballpoint, barely stumbling up. She then put a drink in Mist's hoof and said, "You haven't *hic* had a single drink yet! C'mon have some tequila! The vodka here is pretty *hic* good too!" Ballpoint then paused to better focus on Mist and said, "Hey, you're actually pretty cute."

Mist smiled as he drank the tequilla, "you're just saying that because you're drunk," he said happily. Even though that's what he thought he still blushed at the compliment. He fel a bit weird as well and wondered if this is what Sparkle had felt when he complimented her. "Let's get shit faced," he sadi happily.

The bartender did just that and slid two more shots over to Mist and Ballpoint. So far, she had gotten satisfyingly drunk, and she was happier now that Mist had joined in.
