I would say Rainbow Dash. While she doesn't have the goal in mind of Dipper (that would be Twilight) she is egotistical and cocky to the point where she can be naive (as we've seen in Mare Do-Well and Return of Harmony). I feel like Applejack and Twilight would be WAY too smart to make such a deal, Rarity would be creeped out, Fluttershy wouldn't even talk to him, and Pinkie would somehow not make Bill's body control work.
