Or to be more blunt, you write something in terms of creating a new thread "Its a post but lets pretend its a new thread" anyways. Lets say i write "Pinkie Pie is such a happy amazing pony" And then someone comes and says "This has no discussion elements, therefor we are shutting it down[Thread locked]" So i'll start, and then you give reason to why it will be shutted down, and then you start making a so called new thread "aka a new post" and then the next will do the same thing.
