gaming Overwatch team

I'm looking to put together an Overwatch team of 6 players for ranked play. Kind of tired of people not communicating with each other, and not really playing the meta-game. Don't know how often and when we'd play, but that's up for discussion obviously. Currently I'm around rank 41, so people around rank 40-50 would be good. If you're higher, even better.
