Does Spike desrve the title more than Twilight does?

The little guy is all kinds of incredible, and proven himself more of a friend to different species far more than Twilight (and by extension, the other 5 friends) have. Ponies sem to cling to being harsh on other species, but Spike has befriended a dragon prncess, buffalo herds, a changeling, and taught them friendshp, whereas the Twi has really only befriended Zecora, or put fort mucb effort into seeing Gilda again, nor the first to extend a hoof in friendship to the changeling.

What do you guys think? Is Spike making more progress in befriending more species than the ponies, or Twilight alone is?

Well Twilight is the Princess of Friendship amongst the ponies in Equestria, but maybe Spike could be the Ambassador for Dangerous Creatures - trying to get the creatures that ponies don't like, and get them to unite! That doesn't mean he's better than Twilight though. Both of them do a good job!

I suppose being a different species allows Spike to explore other friendships that Twilight might not deem possible. Twilight is his inspiration, however - he lives to carry out her tenets on friendship, even when she doesn't.

 

In fact, he's practically her disciple. Why that is is something the show hasn't really explained - whether it's because he goes to bed worrying that Twilight is going to abandon him someday like his parents did or because he's bound to her through magic because she hatched him, we can only speculate.

I think he will get a title when hes a bit older,  and he has made a lot of friends with other species.   Being a dragon in being raised by ponies lets him see things on both sides of line if anything when it comes to understanding.   While Twilight has tired to say, I think Spike really shines in this zone and he will as he gets older.
