Dynamo smiled and nodded as he hugged and nuzzled her. "You did great, sweetheart. I'm proud of you and I'll always be proud of you." He said as he kissed her cheek.

 

Quick laughed at Chocolate's remark. "It's funny that our children inherited traits from both of their parents respectively." Gentle giggled as she nods in agreement. "Dynamo has the exact same problem. He love the pool and doesn't want to leave the pool once it's time to leave." Quick folded his arms as he shook his head. "I'm telling you it's like he's a sea pony or something."

 

Dynamo looked at his dad as if he were crazy. "I always thought you said sea ponies were just a myth." He says as Quick shrugged his shoulders. "You never know son. Crazy stuff has happened before." 

 

Dew nods in understanding. "I-I heard about that from Night. He b-bullied other ponies as well, b-but I'm glad he was taken care of." She then gained a curious look at the young bat colt. "W-What kind of powers do you have? Also, w-what was C-Cosmic trying to take over y-your carnival for, anyway?"

Orange giggles and smiles as she nuzzles him "I..didn't e-even drop her a-and now Silver is h-happy" she says softly as she watches her little sister snuggle the plush close, she would miss the plush, but it would seem that Silverwing had a greater need of her.

 

Chocolate nods and notices the look on Orange's face, he kisses her nose "We'll stop over in town so you can all get some new stuffed animals, how does that sound sweetie?" Orange nods and hugs him, her ears flicking cutely

 

Nightmare nods sadly "He and the others he was involved with wanted to use the carnival as a cover to steal ponies souls and and to trap them to do their bidding, but my family and most of the others wouldn't let that happen, we and the princesses hired the mafia to investigate and deal with it"

Dynamo smiles at Orange as he nuzzles her back. He chuckled and blushed as he saw her ears flicker from Chocolate's suggestion. He leaned in closely to her ear. "Maybe I can pick a stuffed animal for you. That way it reminds you of me, or something like that." He whispered as he finished his lunch. 

 

As everypony finished eating, they placed their plates in a stack as they got up from their seats. Dynamo placed Silverwing on his shoulders, while he took Orange and Starling by the hand. "Come on girls. Let's go play." He said as he walked with the others to the swings at the playground area.

 

Quick finished his lunch and got up to do some stretching. After finishing his stretches, he started hopping in place. "Okay. I am ready to be a wild and crazy pony." He says with a giant grin on his face.

 

Gentle shook her head and sighed at her husband's behavior. "I'm just warning you dear. You hurt yourself and I'm not taking you to the hospital. This is all on you, understand?" Quick waved his hand back and forth at her. "Oh please, honey. I'm going to be awesome this time. You'll see." He said as he got into position before running off at top speed.

 

Dew nods and walks up to Night Spell while placing her hand on his shoulder. "I-I'm really s-sorry to hear about that. I d-don't know why they were trying to take the souls of young f-fillies and colts, but I'm glad everything is okay. N-Now you and your family can b-bring your carnival back to what it was before. M-Maybe Night, Lilly, myself and some others will t-try and see the show." She says with a soft smile on her muzzle.

Chocolate chuckles slightly and smiles as he watches the kids go to the playground. He walks to a nice sunny spot and lays down on his back.

 

Candy smiles and goes to join him, snuggling into him.

 

Nightmare smiles "I'd like that" he says softly and sitting down, "the same as usual please cook" he says to the cook who nods and goes to the kitchen

As they reached the swings, Dynamo lifted Starling and Silverwing into the seats. He lead Orange to a seat as well as he walked behind his two sisters. He then pushed them as they swung back and forth. "Just tell me if you want to go a little higher. All you got to do is pump you legs while you swing. Then you let gravity do the rest." He smiled as he heard the others giggling.

 

"O-Okay big brother." Silverwing said as Starling nods and giggles. "Whee! I'm flying! Swinging fun!" Starling exclaimed as she giggled again. Dynamo smiled as his sisters were starting to get the hang of how to use a swing. He walked over to his fiancee and began to push her too. "Just let me know I'm pushing you too high, okay, sweetheart?" He asked with a smile.

 

Gentle smiled and sighed softly at the sight of the children playing. "That's so sweet. I'm really glad the children are having a lot of fun." She said as she sat next to Candy and Chocolate.

 

Quick screamed with excitement as he ran on the mountain climb. As he neared the top he began to show some of his parkour skill as he neared the monkey bars.

 

Dew smiles as she sat back down in her seat. She leaned into Night and kissed her cheek. She giggled and blushed as she noticed Night blushing. A thought then occurred to Dew. "That reminds me. You said you have powers in the carnival, right? What kind of powers are they?"

Orange nods as she swings at a decent height. She smiles at Dynamo and giggles at Quick's antics "your daddy is silly and funny" she giggles cutely.

 

Chocolate smiles and nods "I swear, he may have the body of a middle aged stallion but Quick sure hasn't grown up much" he says with a chuckle.

 

Nightmare smiles "Dark illusion magic. I can bring a pony's deepest darkest fears come to life.

As his fiancee and sisters got their momentum going on the swings, Dynamo took a seat in a swing next to Orange and began to swing himself. He glanced at Orange as he chuckles at her remark. "He can be silly, but he needs to learn his limit. It's great to have fun every now and then, but I think this is going to come back to haunt him." He smiled as he watched his dad.

 

Gentle giggled slightly as she watched her husband. She sighed as she gained a worried look on her face. "He sure hasn't changed a bit. I just think that he thinks he's a lot younger than he thinks he is. I don't think this will end well." She said as she watched for the inevitable.

 

Quick swung from monkey bar to monkey bar in quick succession. As he made it to the last one, he flew off and had no where to go, but the ground. Panicking slightly, he opened his wings and flew up into the air. He did a couple of flips and cheered at his success. "Aw yeah! Did you see that? I told you I could do it!" As he was flying, he didn't pay attention to where he was going. He suddenly landed face first into a tree and slid down the tree trunk. The sudden impact knocked some apples out of the tree. This resulted in Quick getting hit in the head by an apple. He felt dizzy from the impact and could see stars flying around him. "Whoa look at the time. I got to go. Good night." He slumped on his side as he passed out.

 

Gentle sighed and nods as she gets up and walks over to her husband. As she reached him she picked him up in a levitation spell. She then brought him back over to Candy and Chocolate as she placed him gently on the grass. She then checked for any damage on her husband. After seeing nothing had happened, she lays down while snuggling next to her husband.

 

As he kept swinging, Dynamo laughed at what his dad had done. "I knew it! It was only a matter of time until my dad would do something crazy. I have to admit, he didn't do half bad until he face planted." He said with another chuckle. Silverwing saw her dad crash and became concerned. "Is daddy going to be okay, big brother?" She asked as Dynamo smiles and nods. "Oh don't worry, Silver. Dad does that all the time. He can be a comedian and can take things too far at time, but he'll be just fine."

 

Dew's eyes widened in surprise as she became fascinated. "That's really interesting. One thing bothers me though. How are you able to use magic? Seeing that you're a Pegasus, how do you do magic like that? I mean a Pegasus can control the weather with their weather type of magic, but you don't have a unicorn horn. Is there a reason as to how you can do that kind of magic?"

Orange couldn't help but giggle again at Quick and then looked to Dynamo "is your daddy still trying to show off to your mummy?"

 

Chocolate sighs "at least one of us has grown up. Still not as bad as nearly drowning me...though..if that hadn't happened I may not have met my beautiful wife and had two beautiful little girls"

 

"Its called Primal magic...or pas my mother puts it, the magic of the heart" he explains

Dynamo looked to Orange, as he smiled and shook his head. "Nah. He was just having fun. He may act like an adult, but he can be a child at heart sometimes. I'm glad he acts that way at times. Sometimes he acts like that, even though I do want to try and talk to him seriously for advice. I would still want a dad like that instead of a super serious dad all the time." He said as he tried to swing a little higher in his seat.

 

Gentle giggles at Chocolate's remark. She looks at her husband as she pets the top of his head gently. "You'd be surprised. He has grown, albeit somewhat. He just tends to still act like he's younger and silly. In a way, I'm glad he acts that way. Whenever Dynamo or I had a bad day or something was wrong, he would always be there to cheer us up. You're also right about that. I probably would have never have had two great children or even see my friend again." She smiles as she looks to her best friend.

 

Dew nods in understanding. "I think I see what you mean. Is this the true way to using certain magic? Do all ponies have this ability or do certain ponies have primal magic?" She asked as she began to finish up her lunch.

Orange nods and giggles as she kicks her feet gently while swinging "Daddy is the same, he's always there for mummy and me and Starling, he's laways so opt..opt..optimi..he says to always look on the brighter side of things" she says, remembering a day when she had ran home from school crying because she was being bullied, and how her father had made extreme efforts to make all her favorite sweets, drinks and meals to cheer her up, even inviting Twilight over. 

 

Chocolate nods "It is good to hear then, in all honesty, I guess I am the same, there was this one time when our little girl was being bullied really bad and she was bawling her eyes out when she got home. I did everything I could from making her favorite meals, treats and drinks to inviting Twilight over to help cheer her up" he says softly.

Candy nods "I remember that day, my heart broke when I saw how upset she was, but then I knew that my lovely dope of a husband would always be there for us when we need him...and even at times when we don't" she giggles.

 

Nightmare smiles "All ponies have it, they just need to learn how to tap into it and utilize it. How-ever if the intent of using it is pure evil, then it won't allow the pony it's source of power." he says with a nod "While mine is called "Nightmare Illusion Magic" and my illusions are more real than just simple illusions, I would never use it to harm an innocent pony"

Dynamo smiles at Orange. "That's good to hear. It shows that you and I have great parents that care for all of us. It's also nice looking on the bright side of things. It's better to be positive than to be negative on everything."

 

Gentle giggles and smiles. "That really shows you to be a great husband and father. Not many parents try to go the extra mile in trying to make their children happy. Sometimes I wish he had a friend for Quick and I to bring over when he had a bad day at school. He would always go to the arcade and work, or just play and talk to Pinball. I'm just glad the children will all be happy in the end." She said as she looked to the children playing on the swings. Quick started to open his eyes as he woke up. "W-Where am I?" He asked as he began to slowly sit up. "So, you're finally awake, huh? You managed to pull off your tricks, but you flew face first into a tree. You basically knocked yourself out." She giggled as she shook her head and sighed. "You okay? Any lasting injuries?" Gentle asked as she inspected her husband. Quick shook his head. "No, I'm okay. Just hitting my face and a bruised ego is all." He said as Gentle kissed his muzzle to make it all better.

 

Dew's eyes widened in surprise. "W-Wow. That's actually amazing and shocking, to say the least." She smiled brightly as her eyes shimmered. "I always thought unicorns and alicorns could use magic. I can use clouds and kick them and all that, but I didn't think it was magic or something. It's really neat that even an earth pony has that potential if they try hard at it enough." Dew nods at Night Spells primal magic. "That's very interesting. Are you able to create any type of illusion if someone were to ask you of it?" She folder head hands and rested her hand upon them.

Orange nods "My mummy and daddy love and care for me so much" she says softly and smiles at him "I-I want a,,big plushie when we go shopping, i-is that okay?" she asks shyly, hoping that she wasn't asking for too much.

 

Candy nods "Chocolate really is a wonderful husband and father, I couldn't ask for a better stallion to have fallen in love with" she says as she kisses Chocolate lovingly.

 

Chocolate kisses back then smiles "Pinball Wizard? Wasn't he our old sensi at the arcade Quick?" he asks, thinking back on yet another nostalgic thought and smiling widely. "He'd always give us a few more bits for games and snacks if we were short or ran out"

 

Nightmare smiles "Well...my magic is solely dark magic, so unless you want to see something from an urban legend or something even worse, then I suggest you don't ask me of anything...my mother on the other hand, she can create the most beautiful magic you would ever see." he says

 

Night smiles "that's a crsytal pony for you, some of the magical looking things in here were created by her" she says with a fold of her hands.

Dynamo nods. "It's just like my parents as well. They really care a lot about me. I'm glad we have two sets of parents who love all of us." He says with a smile and nods again. "That's completely okay. Giant plush are pretty cool and it's no trouble at all sweetheart. You don't have to have to worry on asking me because it's completely okay. I love you."

 

Gentle nods with a smile. "I feel the same when it comes to Quick. He's a great father and husband. I can't ask for a better stallion to be with but him." She said as Quick pulled her into an embrace and kissed her.

 

Quick then turned to face Chocolate. "I believe so. Wow, who would have thought he would teach my son everything he knew about games. I don't think he told me he knew about Pinball. I do remember he would always do that. We were basically his best customers." He chuckled at the memory of his old teacher.

 

Dew smiles, but shivers lightly. "Thanks for the w-warning. I p-promise not to ask for something scary like that. N-No offense Night Spell." Dew looked over to Night and nods at her remark. "Crystal ponies can make such beautiful things. It's all the love they have in their heart. I hope to see such beautiful magic like that, someday."

Orange giggles and leans over to kiss him, she then gets off of the swing and goes over to the see saw, waiting for Dynamo,

 

Candy smiles and nods at the conversation her husband and Quick were having "I think it is nice that your old friend at the arcade has taken Dynamo under his wing" she says softly

 

Chocolate smiles "Makes sense too, old Wizard would know that Dynamo is Quick's son, there is quite a stirking resemblance" he says and smiles and nuzles his wife, "I am glad that he would take him under his wing, you know, we never properly thanked him for all he did for us and still does, especially for Dynamo, maybe we should get him something special in Manehatten?"

 

Nightmare smiles "I am sure my mother would be more than happy to show you some of her magic" he says with a warm smile.

Dynamo stops his momentum on his swing and leans over to kiss Orange. He watched as Orange got up from her swing and went over to the see saw. Dynamo smiled as he started swinging again before launching himself out of his seat. As he landed he tripped as he tried to gain his balance. He ended up falling face first in the grass. After a minute he got up and dusted himself off before heading over to the see saw. They then proceeded to get on each separate side of the see saw and fall up and down. After swinging on the swings, Starling and Silverwing slowed to a stop and got off the swings. They then headed over to the slides area to go down the slides.  

 

Gentle watched Dynamo fall face first in the grass and giggled. "Like father, like son."

 

Quick chuckled at his wife's remark. "You've got that right, honey." He nods "I'm glad he did take my son under his wing. I remember he taught Chocolate and I his way of solving a problem. To solve it with a controller and not with fists. I would never solve things with violence, yet I never used games as a means to stop something. I guess that rule never really suited me. I'm glad it was passed down to my son." He said as he watched Dynamo and Orange on the see saw, before watching Starling and Silverwing on the slides. 

 

Quick then laughed and nods at Chocolate's reasoning. "Well Dynamo and I do have somewhat the same mane colors. It's only natural that Pinball would see a resemblance." He smiles brightly at Chocolate's idea. "I think that sounds great. Since Dynamo is planning on inviting him to the wedding, it would be nice to get him a gift as thanks. Since we are getting a tour of Manehatten tomorrow, maybe we can go look for something for Pinball."

 

Dew smiles softly at the little bat colt. "That would be lovely, Night Spell. Since Gentle, Candy and their families are coming tomorrow, Night and I can let them know and we can make a plan. I-Is that okay, sweetie?" She asked with a cute look on her face to her marefriend.

Orange giggles and kisses him again as they played on the seesaw, giggling as she was having quite the fun time.

 

Candy smiles  and nods as she gets up and dusts herself off of the grass "that's a wonderful idea honey" she says as she stretches "Think you could drive for a little? I think I'll spend some time with the kids"

 

Chocolate nods "Of course sweetheart" he says, kissing her and kissing her as he gets up and stretches as well

 

Night giggles and pets her head "Of course darling, I'm sure they'd love to go to the carnival" she says texting Gentle about the idea

Dynamo returned Orange's kiss and smiled as she giggled. He was glad that she was having a good time and he was having fun too.

 

Gentle got up to stretch her limbs when she received a text message. She opened it up to see that it was Night once again. She smiled as she read through the message. She turned to the children still playing. "Hey kids. It's time to go! We still have a lot of ground to cover if we're going to find a place to stop for the night."

 

Starling and Silverwing groaned in disappointment, but smiled as they took on last ride on the slide before running over to their parents. As Quick started getting up off the grass, Silverwing jumped into his arms while Starling jumped into Chocolate's arms. "Park fun. More fun again sometime?" Starling asked with a giggle as she clapped her hands together. As Dynamo got off the see saw, he offered his hand to Orange to help her stand up. "Ready to go sweetheart?" He asked before kissing her once again as he smiled lovingly at her. The couple then started making their way to the caravan.

 

Gentle addressed the other adults around her. "Night just texted me. She's asking if we want to go to the carnival during our stay in Manehatten. Apparently a young bat colt his family running it finally got the carnival under control. They said it's safe and nothing those bullies were doing will happen."

Orange smiles and accepts his hand up "Thank you sweetie" she says as she nods and gently gives Silverwing a scratch under her chin.

 

Chocolate smiles "Of course sweetie, " he nuzzles her and carries her to the RV, he then puts her down and then goes to the driver's seat "Consoles are all yours kids, unless Quick wants a go at them" he says with a smile, sitting behind the wheel and buckling in. 

 

Candy smiles "Sounds like a great idea, if Night deems it safe to take Dew Drop and little Lilly too, then it should be fine for Orange and the little ones" she says with a hug to Gentle before getting in and hugging Starling close.

Dynamo smiles and nods. "Your welcome, my love." He says as enters the RV and heads to the back of the game consoles. "Thanks uncle Chocolate." He says as he is joined by Orange and the others. Silverwing giggles as Orange scratched under her chin. "Big s-sister, that t-tickles!" She exclaims as her giggles turned into laughter. Starling cheered in excitement as she hugs Chocolate tightly. "Thank you, daddy! I love you!" She exclaims as she snuggles into her father before joining her siblings at the game consoles. 

 

Quick shook his head. "Nah I'm pretty good. Still resting up after that little stunt I pulled." He chuckled while rubbing the back of his head in embarrassment. Gentle smiled and kissed his cheek. "You should have been more careful, dear." She says as Quick chuckled once again.

 

Gentle sat near Candy as she nods at her friend's earlier remark. "If you are okay with it, then I am too." She smiled and nods once again. "The only question is that when do we go? I have an idea after thinking about it. Tomorrow is when we arrive and go around town from getting a tour from Night. If we don't find a store for getting Orange a plush then we can do that tomorrow. I heard they sell some good toys around this area. Wednesday we can all just relax at the pool for the day since the weather said for it be hot weather. Thursday we can go to the carnival and meet the family Night was talking about. Friday is when we prepare for the wedding and all of the children's friends and family will make it. Then Saturday is the wedding itself and after that is a mystery. How does that sound to you, dear?" She asked as she relayed the message over to Candy.

Orange smiles and hugs her close as she nuzzles her and Starling affectionately. She smiles as she gets out her 3DS and an older version Ponymon "Do you want to play some Diamond or Platinum?" she asks Starling and Silverwing "I-I and Dynamo can show you how to play" she says softly

 

Candy nods "That sounds like a good plan" she says as she checks the GPS and smiles "There's a city just a few miles down the road, we can see what shops they have there, maybe surprise the kids, pick up the new Ponymon games while we're there" she says softly to Gentle with a wink, showing her the number to a game store there to ring up to organize it.

Silverwing smiles and nods. Dynamo looked to his fiancee with a smile and nods. "That's a great idea, sweetheart. Maybe we can see if I can beat the champion, Cynthia." As Dynamo and Orange sat next to each other, they placed their two 3DS side by side. Silverwing and Starling sat next to their respective sibling and watched and learned on how to play Ponymon. 

 

Gentle smiles and nods. "Excellent. I'll notify Night right now." She says as she opened up her phone to reply to her friend. "Hey there, Night. Candy and I talked and we would love to go to the carnival with you and Dew. We came up with a plan as well. Tomorrow we arrive and do a tour and walk around town. Wednesday we can all have fun in the pool. Thursday we go to the carnival and meet the carnival's family. Friday we can prepare for the wedding and the wedding is the day after that. Does that plan work for you, Dew and the others?" She reread the message before nodding and sending the text. 

 

Gentle nods again at Candy's remark. She gasped and smiled brightly as she leaned in to Candy's ear. "I like that idea. Also that's perfect for them to get the new Ponymon game. Although we can wait to give them that. I think we should give it to them on their wedding day. Think of it as a wedding gift for the two of them." She whispered with a wink before leaned away from Candy's ear.

 

After some time traveling and video games being played, the group finally arrived in town. Gentle looked out the window and whistled in amazement. "You weren't kidding when they had some stores. Hey look I can also see the hotel Night was talking about. We can go check ourselves in after going to the toy store." She said as she addressed her best friend.

Orange smiles as she starts up a new game and lets Starling choose the starter "I want the cute little penguin please big sister" she says cutely and Orange nods.

 

"Piplup is pretty cute, I think your big brother likes it too" she says as she chooses the starter and lets Starling choose a name for it.

 

Candy smiles "Indeed, maybe we should leave the rest of the left overs for the rest of the trip tomorrow? We can all go out as a family for dinner" she says and nods "That sounds wonderful, it'd  be nice little surprise for them" she says then nods "I think we should check in to the hotel first, so we can get our things into our rooms and wash up"

Dynamo pulled out an extra copy of Diamond before starting the game up for Silverwing. After choosing her character, Dynamo let her choose her starter. "The monkey looks really cute. Can I pick that one, big brother?" She asked as Dynamo smiles and nods. "Of course Silver." His ears perked as Orange addressed him. "My favorite starter out of these three is definitely Chimchar. I love Piplup as well and I chose him as a starter for my Platinum game." He said as Silverwing decided what to name her starting Ponymon.

 

Gentle smiles and nods at Candy. "I'm okay with that. We can check in, then get some dinner and then go to the store. Then we can head back to the hotel and rest for tonight. I think we'll be able to make it to Night's place early tomorrow. It looks like the GPS is saying we are very close." She says as he looks at Candy's GPS.

 

Quick overheard the conversation as he addressed Chocolate. "You hear that, buddy? Next stop is the hotel." He said as the RV started to slow down so they could park near the hotel.

 

Dew Drop giggles as she nuzzled her marefriend back. "You seem really happy. Any good news and/or updates?" She asked with a soft smile.

Candy smiles as she pulls into the hotel's carpark, she whistles "Sw-an-ky" she says and turns off the ignition "Alright everypony, get your luggage and we'll go to the front desk" she says as she unbuckles her seatbelt then goes to help Starling and Orange.

 

Chocolate nods "I wonder if Night owns this chain of hotels, it would make sense" he says softly and Candy nods, he then speaks up again "I call dibs on the spa bath, I need one after today" he says then smiles at Silverwing "Don't worry sweetie, it isn't your fault" he says, gently petting her head.

 

Orange looks at the hotel, to her it seemed somewhat daunting,

 

Night smiles "The girls just came up with a really good plan for the first week they will be here" she says and nuzzles her

Gentle nods and grabs her suitcase as she exits the RV. She looked up at the hotel Night had told them and nods at Candy's remark. "You can sure say that again, dear. This place looks amazing. I bet it even looks better inside the hotel."

 

Quick laughs and nods at Chocolate's statement. "I know what you mean. After my beautiful stunt, I might need a spa bath myself. Although, I can honestly say I don't know what this hotel has to offer."

 

Silverwing's ears perked at Chocolate's earlier statement and became worried. Hearing him tell her that it was okay and seeing him smile made her sigh in relief. "I love you, uncle." She said as she giggled from Chocolate patting her head. She smiled as she hugged him.

 

As Dynamo and the others grabbed their luggage and exited the RV, he noticed Orange looking nervous. He smiled and chuckled to himself before walking over to her. "I know that look anywhere. I had that exact same look and feeling when I went to a big convention and had to use a hotel." He took her hand in his as he rubbed her hand gently with his thumb. "Everything will be okay sweetheart. I'll be right here next to you. When you and I are together, there's nothing to be afraid of." He said giving her a comforting smile. The group proceeded to enter the hotel and walked up to the front desk.

 

Dew Drop giggled at the news and smiled. "That's good to hear. What's the schedule looking like? I'm guessing that the carnival is going to be on there, right?" She asked with a small grin on her muzzle.
