Gentle returned the hug while Quick chuckled and gave Chocolate a fist bump. "Hey it's like I said. Liquid pride gets the best of us at times. That one hit home right there." Gentle nodded as she looked at everypony. "I agree. I want to live as long as possible. I want to watch over our children as they continue to grow up." Quick nodded and kissed Gentle on the cheek. Hearing Chocolate suggesting a game brought a smirk on his face. "Bring it on, buddy! I always had lady luck on my side and this time's no different!" He said as he went to pick a board game out as the group got ready to play.

 

After another hour and a half. Gentle started to yawn. "I think it's time for bed, everypony." Quick looked at the time as saw it was starting to get late. "Yeah, you're right, honey. I might crash myself. We can pick this up another time. We got ourselves a busy next few days. Good night you guys. I'm glad I was able to find my old best buddy again." He patted Chocolate on the shoulder before heading off his room for bed.

 

"The guest room is right down the hall. If you need anything, don't hesitate to come get me. You know where to find me. Good night, you two and sleep well." Gentle brought Candy into a tight hug before going off to join her husband in their room to sleep.

Chocolate nods and yawns with a stretch "Mmm good game bud" he says as he smiles at his oldest friend and hugs him "sleep well pal, lots of planning to do" he says as he hugs Gentle softly before scooping his wife off of her feet bridal style and chuckles "Come on love, lets check in on our little ones first" he says softly

 

Candy nods and gently nuzzles into his chest as they walk to Dynamo and Orange's room, they were sleeping peacefully and Chocolate smiles. But when they check on Starling, Candy whimpers as it would seem that she was tossing and turning.

 

Chocolate puts Candy down so she could go to her, she gently picks up her daughter and cradles her, she hears the words "Orange" and "Dynamo" being muttered by her and she walks over to Dynamo and Orange's room, she nuzzles Dynamo "Dynamo, c-coiuld you cuddle with Starling tonight?" she asks softly

Dynamo felt someone nuzzle him which caused him to wake up. He was half asleep, but managed to make out that it was Candy and Chocolate. He sat up, but moved Orange gently so she wouldn't wake up. "Hey Aunt Candy and Uncle Chocolate. What's wrong?" He rubbed his eyes to try and stay awake. Hearing that his sister was upset made him frown and felt bad for the little filly. He smiled as Candy asked him if Starling could be with them. "Yeah that's okay. I left the door open in case Starling needed us." He said as he took the bat filly in his arms and laid her down gently on the bed. He then walked up to Candy and Chocolate as he gave them each a hug.

 

"Thanks for letting me know about that. I'll always watch out for the both of them. Goodnight Aunt Candy and Uncle Chocolate. I love you both." He got into bed once more and placed Orange's head back onto his chest. He then brought Starling close to the both of them and wrapped his arm around his fiancee and sister. He felt his sister's whimpering cease as she cuddled into him. "Good night to you two as well. I love you both so much." He whispered as he kissed both Orange and Starling on the cheek. He closed his eyes and sleep took hold once more.

Candy and Chocolate hugs him back, Candy kisses him on the forehead "We love you too son, thank you for looking out for our darlings and taking such good care of them" she says as she helps tuck them in by pulling the blanket up over them. "Sleep well darlings" she says before Chocolate and her go to their room, she turns around and smiles "If you ever need anything, we're in the guest room, feel free to wake one of us up" she says softly and leaves.

 

Starling sighs softly as she cuddles up to her beloved older sister and her future big brother in law, Orange sighs as well and strokes her mane in her sleep.

The next morning, the alarm went off early for Gentle and Quick as they had to start packing early today. They both got out of bed and wiped the sleep from their eyes. They looked at each other, giving the other a smile as they gave each other a kiss and a hug. "Ready to get set for the trip tomorrow, dear?" Gentle asked as Quick nodded with a grin. "Without a doubt, honey. This trip sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun." He said as they started heading downstairs to start working on breakfast for everypony.

 

In Dynamo's room, the alarm went off, causing Dynamo to groan as he moved his hand to turn off the alarm. He forgot to turn off the alarm settings since they were off early from school. He laid back down to try and go to sleep for a few more minutes, but to no avail. He looked over and saw that his fiancee and sister were sound asleep. He smiled softly as he nuzzled and cuddling the two of them softly, trying his best not to disturb their sleep.

Chocolate yawns as he was always a early riser, as he usually has to get up early to set up and open the shop for the day. He stretches and sees his lovely wife still soundly asleep, as she had been having trouble as of late, he decides to let her sleep in. He then looks at his clothes on the floor, He shakes his head "Looks like I'm going to need to get a suit made for the wedding" he says to himself softly as he gets dressed and kisses his wife on the nose before going downstairs to look for something for breakfast. 

 

As he continues looking, he looks at his phone and finds Roxy's number "Later" he says to himself and makes himself a bowl of cereal.

As Gentle and Quick walked into the kitchen, they spotted Chocolate, who was sitting in one of the chairs eating some cereal. Quick waved to him with a yawn. "Good morning, buddy. How did you sleep last night?" He asked as he joined his wife at the counter pulling out supplies.

 

"Do you want anything else for breakfast? Quick and I are going to make bacon and eggs, pancakes and waffles. We were thinking of some variety of things to eat. Since we have Candy and the others with us today." She said with a giggle as she turned her head around slightly to address Chocolate.

Chocolate smiles "Oh that sound wonderful, I just didn't want to wake others up by making a racket" he says with a smile and looks at his  oldest friend and his wife "and yeah, slept like a log," he says

 

"Snored like a bear though" says a sleepy Candy as she slowly walks down the stairs still in her nightie, she rubs her eyes and smiles "Good morning darling" she says, kissing his cheek then goes to hug Gentle and Quick "And to you two as well"

Quick waved his hand and smiled. "Nah, no need to worry about that. We usually get up at a decent time. I think I heard Dynamo's alarm go off just a bit ago. I guess he forgot to turn the alarm off since he and Orange don't have school." He laughed at his son being forgetful. "That's good to hear. Gentle and I slept pretty well ourselves." Quick wrapped an arm around his wife and pulled her close to him. They turned around to see Candy, as she entered the kitchen.

 

Quick and Gentle felt Candy hug them as they returned the embrace. "Good morning to you too, dear. Your just in time. Breakfast will be ready in just a little bit. I guess we should wait a little bit before waking the others." Gentle said as she continued making breakfast as Quick got the table ready.

Chocolate chuckles "Sorry darling, been a while since I've been that tired" he says and kisses her back then nods "Yeah, let them sleep in a little more, I have a feeling that those three are going to be inseparable, Starling was having trouble with sleeping until we asked Dynamo to snuggle with her" he says

 

Candy nods "He's a good colt, you two have really done well raising him, he didn't complain, in fact, he was very good about it and kind" she says with a smile 

 

Orange smiles in her sleep but soon wakes up with a rather cute yawn "Mm-morning?" she says softly

Gentle frowned as she felt sad for the young bat filliy Hearing that Dynamo helped his sister brought a smile back to her face. "Aw, that's so sweet. I'm so glad that he was able to help Starling. I think he's going to make a great husband for Orange and a great father as well someday." She said placing the last bit of breakfast before taking a seat.

 

Quick nodded in agreement. "That's just like our son. He's got a good heart and always tries to be helpful. He really cares about his sister and fiancee and it really shows too." He said as he went to take his seat as well.

 

Dynamo watched as Orange stirred from her sleep. Seeing her yawn cutely cause him to blush with a soft smile on his face. "Good morning, sweetheart. How did you sleep?" He asked as he kissed his fiancee on the cheek.

Candy nods "I believe that is one the things that Orange loves about him, how he's always trying to be helpful and how much he cares for both of them" she says as she sits down and looks at the food in front of her "Mm smell delicious, I assume we're driving to Manehatten, if so we've got plenty of left overs from last night for lunch and dinner, and we can stop off at a hotel on the way for the night"

 

Chocolate nods "Sounds like a good plan dear," he says, licking his muzzle and his ear flickers "Sounds like our little Orange is awake" he chuckles

 

Orange smiles as she kisses him back and hugs Starling close "I s-slept well" she says and looks down at her sister "W-when did she climb into bed with us?"

Gentle nods with a smile. "I feel it's the same way when it comes to Orange. She's really kind and helpful, and she always makes him feel happy. I think that's one of the many reasons he loves her just as much." Quick put a hand to his chin as he closed his eyes in thought. "That would make sense. We would have to pack our stuff and then we can leave today. It takes around a day to reach Manehatten from Canterlot by car. I think there's some hotels, so stopping for the night is no problem. Although I think we should stop at the school so the kids can get their school work. This way they have it for when they're on summer break. I don't think they'll have time, considering they have the wedding to prepare for." He said as he voiced his thoughts out loud.

 

Dynamo smiles as he looks down at his little sister sleeping. "That's good to hear. I slept pretty good myself. I think it was because you were right next to me in our sleep." He said as a blush formed on his cheeks. "Oh yeah, that's right. Aunt Candy came into our room last night and woke me up. She told me that Starling was tossing and turning in her sleep and she was calling out for us. She brought Starling in her and asked if Staling could stay with us. I told her it was okay and that I left the door open for Staling in case she needed us." He gently pets Staling on the head.

Chocolate nods as he pulls Candy close to him "Then it's a plan, now, I think our van is big enough for all of us, so the two love birds won't have to be separated from their sister and from each other" he says gently and kisses Candy on the cheek "We've got a caravan, a rather luxurious one too, so it'll be a comfortable trip" he says as Candy giggles

 

"I told you it was a good idea to get that silly" she says, booping his nose

 

Orange nods and holds Starling close, "M-my baby sister" she says softly, stroking the filly's mane and ears

Gentle nods. "That sounds perfect. This way it saves us up on gas in case we took two cars. It's also good just in case one of us gets lost trying to find the place." 

 

Quick nods with a chuckle. "That's good to hear. Dynamo hates getting lost when he's heading off somewhere. Sometimes he gets so worried, he tends to hyperventilate. He used to freak out on getting lost when he was younger." Gentle pokes Quick in the chest with her elbow. "You're one to talk Mr. 'I'm lost and I need an adult!' Now I know where Dynamo gets that line from." She said with a giggle. She looks towards the stairs with a curious look on her face. "Should one of us check on the children, since you said Orange was up? We should all probably start getting ready to go soon."

 

Dynamo smiled fondly at Orange at how she held their sister. "You know something? If I didn't know better, it'd look like you were a mother holding your child. You're so very kind and caring. I think you'll make a great mother someday soon. You're already a great marefriend, who's about to be a great wife. I love you Orange." He pulls the two over to him as he wrapped his arms around them in a hug. He nuzzles the two of them lovingly.

Chocolate chuckles "always the joker, glad to see you haven't lost your sense of humor after becoming a father" he says with a chuckle

 

Candy nods "It's probably gotten worse, you know what they say about dad jokes" she says as she gets up to check on the three children "I'll go, Orange has a little trouble getting dressed still" she says with a soft smile and goes up the stairs

 

Orange nods and blushes deeply as she hugs the little filly close "M-mine"

Quick chuckles and grins. "Are you kidding me? I could never stop being a prankster. I always mess with my son all the chances I can get. Trust me, it never gets old."

 

Gentle giggles at Candy's response. "You have no idea. Just the other day he was messing with Dynamo about Orange. He said something about starting a harem with Twilight and the others. Honestly, I know my son and he would never do anything wrong like that to Orange." She shook her head in shame at Quick. This caused his laughter to stop as he looked at his wife. "Oh, come on. Was it really that bad?" Gentle looked at him as her eyes narrowed slightly. This caused his ears to droop as his head slumped onto the table. "O-Okay, okay. Point proven. It was wrong and I'm sorry." Gentle then closed her eyes and smiled as she waited patiently for her friend to return with the children.

 

Dynamo chuckled and nods. "Yup, you're right. She is yours and she's mine too. She's our special little sister. Just like your my special fiancee. I can't wait for the day to come." He said as he started blushing. A thought then occurred to him. "I was just wondering something. I know you said we can get married when we are in Manehatten. Is there a specific day you want the wedding to be held on? I was thinking maybe Saturday or Sunday. The girls would get out of school for the summer on Friday. Then they could travel to Manehatten and we can all prepare for either of those days. What do you think? Is there any day that would work for you, sweetheart?" He asked as he rubbed the back of his neck in nervousness.

Chocolate sighs and nods as he watches his wife ascend the stairs, his eyes falling to her lovely flank as she walks, he blushes and tries his best to hide it by looking away "Sh-she's so darn b-beautiful" he stutters

 

Candy smiles as she reaches their room and sighs softly "Such a wonderful couple" she says to herself before knocking on the door "Children, breakfast is ready" she calls out and waits for an answer

 

Orange thinks "S-Saturday" she says with a soft nod then looks to her mother at the door "O-okay mumma, c-can you h-help me get dressed"

 

Candy nods and walks in then begins to help her filly get dressed

Quick's jaw dropped as he saw what his friend was doing. He tried holding his laughter in, but was failing miserably. "I guess I'm not the only one who hasn't changed. I still remember that day when we met Gentle and Candy. You tried to be act cool and mature, but you did the exact same thing."

 

Gentle listened in on the conversation. "Oh, wait until I tell Candy. Especially from when we all met each other back then." She giggled as she saw the reaction on Chocolate's face. "Don't worry, Chocolate. I was only kidding."

 

Dynamo grinned and nods. "Okay and that's perfect. Saturday it is then." His ears perked as she heard Aunt Candy enter their room. "Good morning, Aunt Candy and thanks for letting us know. I'm starting to get a little hungry." He said as he felt his stomach begin to rumble. As he saw Candy walk over to start help Orange get ready, he got out of bed, a deep blush forming on his face. "I guess on that note, I guess I should head downstairs. Do you want Starling to stay up here, or do you want me to take her with me?" He asked as he kept his back to them, trying to be a gentlecolt to the mares in the room.

Chocolate coughs "You were just as bad Quick, but then who can blame us, being married to two extremely beautiful mares..it's kind of hard not to stare once in a while" he chuckles and shakes his head "I have a feeling that she knows and puts on a show every time just to get to me" he says with a soft laugh

 

Candy smiles "Starling can go downstairs with you, we'll be down soon" she says as she begins to finish dressing Orange and brushing her mane

Quick stammers with a blush on his face. "I-I have done no such thing. I am but an innocent victim in the game we call life." He looks away with a huff, but noticed his wife giving him an all knowing look. He then placed his head in his hands. "Please don't be cruel, honey."

 

Gentle laughed at her husband's misery. "Cheer up, dear. I remember Candy always teaching me when we started dating and I still somehow get to you. It's always fun messing with you." She said as she leaned into him and kissed his cheek.

 

Dynamo nods as he used his magic to gently pull Starling into his grasp. "Okay, sounds like a plan. I'll let everypony know what's going on. I'll see you downstairs." He held Starling like a baby as he descended the stairs to the kitchen. As he entered the kitchen, he noticed his dad looked glum as he placed Starling in her booster seat. "Morning everypony. Did I miss something? Aw, darn it. I missed dad getting messed with." He said with a fake pout before bursting into a fit of chuckles. After getting his laughter under control, he gently nuzzled his little sister. "Time to wake up, Starling. Breakfast is ready."

 

Gentle smiled and shook her head. "Good morning dear. Don't worry, your father is fine. Just talking about something in our past and he's all embarrassed." She patted Quick on the shoulder to comfort him.

Chocolate chuckles "Morning son" he says as he looks at his old friend again "Just the two of us reminiscing about what happened when we first met your mother and aunt" he says softly

 

Candy giggles as she then gives Orange a pat on the bottom to scoot her downstairs and follows her, she sits down "Your father and uncle were such dorks back then, it was rather fun to tease them with our moves" she giggles

 

Chocolate feigns shock "I-I wasn't a dork! Quick was!" he says but couldn't help but chuckle "Sadly though, I was a massive dork back then"

 

Orange giggles "Daddy, dork" 

 

Starling wakes up and yawns so cutely that the whole room erupted with "aaaws"

Dynamo smiled at Chocolate. "Good morning uncle Chocolate and that's cool. It sounds like you've all had a lot of history with each other."

 

Gentle giggled at Candy. "It's so sad, but so true. Both of them were such dorks back in the day. They seem to still have their dorky personality of theirs. It's good to know they haven't changed. Also please, dear. They were all your moves. You were just a great teacher, in my opinion." She said as she hugged her best friend.

 

Quick took his hands off his face and placed them back on the table. He then chuckled at Chocolate. "You were a massive dork thanks to me. I taught you to go with the flow, have fun and to act like a goofball. Also I may be a dork, but I'm Gentle's dork." He wrapped an arm around Gentle as he pulled her close to him. Gentle giggled as she nuzzled him. "You sure are, you big dork."

 

As everypony sat down after seeing Starling wake up, they began to have breakfast. "So what's the plan for today?" Dynamo asked as he took a bite of his bacon mixed with eggs. After Quick took a bite of his waffles, he took a sip of his coffee. "Well we decided that Chocolate and the others are going to go home to pack, while we do the same. Afterwards we are going to head down to the candy shop and all drive to Manehatten together. It'll take around a day or so, but we should arrive there by Tuesday like your mother said, son. First though, we have to stop at the Academy so you two will get your school work. This is just so you will have it to complete over the summer break. You might not get to it right away since we have a wedding to get ready for soon. Does that sound okay with you two?" Dynamo smiled and nodded. "That sounds like a plan to me, dad. Maybe Orange and I can see our friends, Miss Celestia and Miss Luna too. We can tell them the plan for the wedding and when they should arrive by. We also need to talk to Rarity so we can tell her about the slight change in our outfits for the wedding." He said as he looked towards Orange with a smile.

Chocolate grins "and I'm Candy's dork" he says as he pulls his wife in and plants a big sloppy kiss on her cheek

 

She just wipes it off and chuckles "I swear, it's no wonder we fell for you two, You're both just so..goofy and lovable" she says with a smile

 

Orange giggles "Daddy dork! Uncle dork!" she giggles and claps her hands excitedly. nodding to what Quick was saying.

 

Chocolate smiles "I believe that's a yes from her, and that's right sweetheart, we're just two big, lovable, goofy dorks who love you and your baby sister to the moon and back" he says, hugging them both

 

"Moon!" Starling giggles cutely

Dynamo chuckles and smiles at the way Orange and Starling are acting. "Guess that makes Orange and I each others dork and I'm Starling's goofy older brother. I wouldn't have it any other way."

 

Quick smiled and nodded. "That's the right attitude, son. It's like I always said. It's better to be weird than to be a normal pony."

 

Gentle leaned on Quick. "I'd still love you, even if you were normal. I love you for you. Even if your jokes tend to go too far, it's the goofy attitude that makes me love you so much more." Gentle looked at her son and gave him a curious look. "So...did you two decide on when the wedding will be held?"

 

Dynamo nods. "Yup, we sure did. We decided the wedding will be held for this Saturday." He took a bite of his pancakes. After chewing and swallowing his food, he continued. "We can let the others know when we make a quick stock at the school. I believe we would get out of school early on Friday. This gives the others enough time to make it early to the wedding Saturday."

 

Gentle claps her hands with a smile. "Excellent. That's plenty of time before then. Maybe we can find some dresses for the wedding at Rarity's shop. I think it was called 'Rarity For You,' right Candy?" She said, looking over at her best friend.
