Indicus nodded walking back over to Crystal. "I'll keep an eye on her. I think what happened to her some time ago is starting to catch up and play on her fear of being alone. But I won't abandon her whatever deity be willing I won't ever abandon her not ten years from now nor a thousand." Indicus laid down next to Celestia and Crystal and watched Crystal's chest rise and fall.

Shadee nods "Nor will I. I did that once before and I now eternally regret it" he says with a soft sigh and closes his eyes, letting her feed off of his love if need be.

 

Luna walks in and smiles "you know..it isn't uncommon these days for a pony to have more than one love in their life"

Indicus opened an eye as he looked behind himself to see luna there, " I know the pony custom of herding and I'll let Crystal make that choice. Though I was raised by a griffin and in a monogamous household, so as one would expect it is a very odd idea to me. If Crystal want's to chose that route I won't stop her, I know a bit about how common of a custom herding is for Changelings and I can get used to the idea over time."

Crystal\s ears flick cutely in her sleep and Shaded smiles, still resting his head on hers "If she does choose to go with a herd, I wonder how Rarity would take it, I know she is the element of generosity, but a pony's generosity can only go so far" he says and closes his eyes but as he does, he sees a glimpse of white and opens his eyes "R-Rares? L-love?"

"Heh, it seems ironic timing is in effect now." Indicus quipped.

 

Rarity walked towards Shaded seeming to not have heard any of what was said moments before. "Well hello there dear, we finally arrived and I figured I would visit you since I have my belongings in my room." Rarity looked over at Celestia and an undisguised Crystal with no small amount of surprise. "Well I never knew thee princesses knew Crystal. It is very odd to see Princess Celestia this relaxed and... well pony like."

 

Indicus laughed, "Of course it is everyone in Equestria treats Celestia and Luna like some sort of gods, or in Luna's case at times a vengeful spirit. Dignitaries pussyfoot around them as well. They can't let loose around very many. Myself, Shaded and Crystal are practically the only ones they can let their hair down so to speak. Even Twilight has Celestia especially on a pedestal and Luna on one to a lesser extent hell Pinkie Pie tends to be more reserved around them." Indicus spoke quite plainly but strongly and in a way that said it was not the first time he had said something at least similar to this before.

 

Rarity stepped back and nodded. "I suppose your correct there." Rarity turns towards Shaded, "Well how are you doing so far dear?"

Shaded smiles at her "I'm doing well love, just been helping Lulu and Tia look after Crystal, you see, Crystal and I knew the Princesses since these three were naught but little foals, and they had been best friends since" he says as he rests his head on Crystal's again and sighs softly "Rarity, there is something I must discuss with you in private" he says, getting up and trotting over to her to kiss her on the cheek.

 

They trot over to his room "By now, you must have realized that even after all this time, Queen Crystal and myself still..have some feelings for each other" he says with a soft sigh and "With everything that has happened to her in the past, She needs a lot of love to make sure that she doesn't starve again and possibly go.." he closes his eyes and sighs once more "H-how would you feel about being part of a herd? I mean..you will always by primary love, but I just.." he starts to tear up and slams a hoof down "I-it's my fault she's like this! I-I sh-should have done m-my job! I s-should have protected!" he breaks down into tears and curls up.

Rarity crouched down and puts a hoof on his back. "Hey dear I understand you still have those feelings for Crystal and you want to protect her. I honestly am all for a small herd as long as Crystal and Indicus approve of it first, they would be part of this after all."

He looks up at her and wipes his tears away "R-really?" he kisses her cheek once more "You truly are the element of generosity my love" he says as he sighs and stands up "Indicus has already said that he would let Crystal make the choice, and I'm sure she would want everypony to be happy" he says and smiles softly while nuzzling her

Rarity smiled, "It's all right dear I have an idea of how much Crystal means to you and having those feelings for so long I must imagine was not an easy thing. Who am I to get in the way of such. Besides I would have considered a herd at some point and who better then with two I trust fully."

Shaded smiles and nods "Crystal would be delighted to hear that and I'm sure Indicus would be relieved as well, well come on then darling, we should return to the throne room" he says as he nuzzles her then begins trotting over to the throne room with a smile on his face. He then goes back over to the sleeping Crystal and snuggles up to her lovingly.

Indicus watched Rarity and Shaded walk back into the throne room Shaded with a smile so he figured Rarity agreed to the idea. Indicus gave a smile of his own honestly agreeing to try this herd thing for his friend's sake and Crystal's as well. If Shaded had of been some stranger he would have shot it down immediately. Indicus walked over to Rarity with a knowing smile and said, "I trust everything went well." Rarity just nodded.

Shaded simply smiles before waving Rarity over "Come here dear, I think you will find that Crystal is quite the nice snuggler" he says, as he snuggles into the Queen and smiles. "Look my love, Rarity is here" he says softly to Crystal.

 

Crystal smiles as she slowly opens her eyes and smiles softly at Rarity before closing her eyes again

Rarity smiles letting out a small giggle at Shaded's wording, "Nice to see you again Crystal, your stay going well so far?" 

 

Indicus stepped back a bit a smile adorning his face as Shaded spent time with Crystal in a way he hadn't been able to in many long years. Indicus could feel the presence that had been pestering him stir but it stayed silent.

Crystal smiles and nods "Mm yes very well thank you dear" she says softly before looking at Indicus, "Indi, sweeite, come here, no sense in you missing out on snuggles with me" she says very softly to him, her eyes pleading him to come to her and she smiles softly "I will always love you" she thinks to herself as she feeds him some of her love through their pendants.

Indicus joined Crystal on the opposite side as Shaded and started to nuzzle her, he felt a wave of what he started to recognize as love being fed directly towards him. The meaning very clear speaking that Crystal loved him no matter what. Indicus returned the gesture with his own channeling his own love and letting it hang for Crystal to grab at will.

 Crystal smiled lovingly as she fed off of both of the loves of her life. Her dreams soon calmed down back to her happy dreams of having a family with Indicus, and now possibly Shaded. She sighs happily in her sleep, which wakes Celestia up. She slowly opens her eyes and smiles over at the sleeping Changeling Queen in her tail, she gently wraps a wing around her and nuzzles her "We are all here for you my dear"

Indicus quietly nodded as he enjoyed the heat radiating off Crystal. "I can see why your tail is a loved spot for sleepers everywhere. It's very comfortable." Indicus teased the Solar Princess. "Top ten places I would sleep in fact right below clouds." Indicus nuzzled Crystal some more forming his body around her side.

Celestia smiles as she nuzzles the sleeping mare "It's rather difficult to say no to her, I mean when she gave me those big beautiful eyes of hers..I just melted, plus it brings us closer and reminds me of the old times, when we were but fillies and simply enjoying life"

"Understandable, it was so nice when things were simple as a foal, soilders fighting to protect against enemies. No understanding of the sacrifices made by those soilders. The naive notion that good guys will always win and not a worry in the world about politics." Indicus smiled, "seems funny that I wanted to grow up so fast."

Ceelstia nods and smiles. Gently stroking Crystal's mane with a wing and smiles down to her "you're right there, Crystal on the other hoof, didn't get much of a chance. Her mother passed when she was still a filly and was forced to take the throne" she says with a soft sigh and nuzzles her "shh, shh, it's all over sweetheart, you're safe" she whispers

"It's a shame being forced to grow up so suddenly. No one should have to do so. But she turned to be a wonderful caring mare and a good ruler faced with some of the hardest choices one could make. I aim to be there so she never has to be alone again and I'm sure Shaded wants to do the same." Indicus tapped his horn on hers a gesture of closeness or intimacy among unicorns.

She smiles even more in her sleep, happily dreaming about her future. She sighs softly as she feels a horn touch hers and she feeds off of the love from both Indicus and Shaded, but then Celestia and Luna join in, or at least did their best to help her.

 

She slowly opens her eyes "W-why?" she asks softly

"We all care a lot for you Crystal, and after everything that has happened we want to make you feel happy and safe. You are everything to me, meeting you is the best thing that has happened to me in years. I freely give you my love and my very heart." Indicus whispered in her ear before kissing Crystal.

Crystal's eyes sparkle as she looks up at all the ponies around her "T-thank you, all of you, e-especially you Indicus" she says, kissing him then looking to Rarity "And to you Rarity, sharing the stallion who has captured your heart must be very difficult, yet you are freely willing to do so for the both of our sakes..Thank you" she says with a soft and beautiful smile.

Rarity smiled as she laid next to Shaded. "Like I said Crystal, I planned to have a herd at some point anyway, I am glad it is Indicus and you of anypony. Besides Indicus is not hard on the eyes either." Rarity said with a playful smile that seemed genuine enough to cause Indicus's face to flush.
