Derek sighed as he lay on the couch in one of the many living rooms of the manor and closes his eyes "Please be alright Kitty Kitten, I haven't heard from you in ages" he says with another sigh. "Please" he whispers once more.

 

Meanwhile, Stella looks to Kittyanna who seemed to be struggling a bit, she walks over to her "M-miss Kitty? A-are you alright? M-maybe you should go home, I-I'm sure that D-Derek is going to be worried about you right about now"

Kitty was teaching class in the gymnasium, but  was struggling a little. She could still move, but was a little slower than usual. Gabby notices Stella walking over to Kitty. She frowns in concern and walks over to her. "I think it would be best if you went home, Miss Kitty. You shouldn't push yourself. You're having twins soon and we don't want nothing to happen to you, or the kittens."

 

Kittyanna smiles, but frowns at their suggestion. "Don't worry about me, you two. I'm a little tired, yes, but I'm going to be just fine." Suddenly She felt her legs give out on her, as she fell to the ground and landed on her knees. She gasps, but sighs as she didn't get hurt. "I-I think you might be right. I g-guess I'm starting to lose more energy. I-I should t-take it easy. I-I'm sorry, girls. I hope I didn't w-worry you." She stutters, as she felt guilty of trying to continue class in her condition.

Derek sighs as he fell asleep on the couch, cuddling his favorite plush kitten that he still held onto. Despite now living with and sharing a bed with  Kitty, he refused to let go of his plush, especially when Kitty was teaching and he was stuck at home with no classes on. He hugged it close and nearly rolled off of the couch "R-right, bed" he mumbles to himself as he slowly and blurrily walks up the stairs to their bedroom and flops onto the bed and passes out again after snuggling under the blankets and closing his eyes.

 

Stella nods "C-come on Kitty Kitten, I-I'll help you to your office and then get Derek to pick you up, and Kitty.." she says as she gets serious "You are taking time off, I won't hear any arguments against it, as my lovely girlfriend said, you're having twin kittens soon, and if you over exert yourself, you might l-l..." she starts to tear up and hugs her "I d-don't want you to lose them, I w-want to see you become a mummy kitty, I want to be able to babysit the cute little bundles of fur while you and b-big brother Derek have some time alone together" she sniffles and wipes her tears away "I-I'm sorry Kitty, I just w...I just love my new family so much, I d-don't want anything bad to ever happen to any of you"

Gabby nods, as she places a comforting hand on Stella's back. She rubs her back in a circular motion while trying to comfort her. "Shh...it'll be okay, Stella. We won't let anything happen to Miss Kitty, or her kittens as well." She says before pulling Stella into a tight hug. She purrs softly while nuzzling her girlfriend. "I know exactly how you feel because I feel the same way. I don't want anything to happen to Miss Kitty or her kittens. I don't ever want to see Derek sad. He lost too much already in his life. I don't want him to lose anything else that's precious to him. He's like a little brother to me. A big sister is supposed to look out for her little brother." She giggles and smiles sadly at the thought. She felt tears well up in her eyes, but tries and blinks the tears away. She looks up to Kittyanna with a look of seriousness. "Joining this skate crew has been wonderful. Everyone I know is like family to me. I don't want anything to happen to any one of my family. So, please Miss Kitty. Please let us take you home, so you can rest. Take time off and conserve your strength. We'll think of something to make sure everything is okay." She says while giving her a pleading look.

 

Kitty looks to both Stella and Gabby with a look of concern. She bites her lip, before looking at the other students, who gave her a look of worry. After a moment of contemplating, she sighs and reluctantly nods. "I-I understand, girls. I'm sorry to worry you all. You know when I have my kittens, you two will be the first to know. Next to Tara and the others of course." She giggles and shakes her head. "I would be honored to have you as babysitters. I love you girls so much and I'm glad to be in this family." She says, before looking to her students. "As of right now, classes are cancelled. Just head to your next class, but if you don't have anymore classes, then you can head home. Just make sure to show up for classes because I'll have a replacement teacher." The students nod, as they begin to leave the gynmasium and get all set to leave class. She says while looking towards Stella and Gabby. "Would you girls mind helping me to the principal? That or can we get a ride to my house? I need to notify the principal so we can tell them what happened. I also don't want to make Derek worry." She says while having a guilty expression on her face.

Stella smiles and wipes away her tears as she goes to pick her and Gabby's gym bags "Come on Kitty Kitten, lets get you to the principals, then your office and I'll text Derek to come pick you up" she says as she texts Derek the plan and helps Kitty to walk towards the principal's office. "I'm sure the Principal will understand, she is friends with Zeke after all" she states and giggles as they knock on the Principal's office door "D-Dean S-Skies? I-It's Stella, c-can we come in p-please?" she stutters a little

 

Meanwhile Derek receives the text and starts getting ready to pick his fiance up.

Gabby wipes her tears, as well as helps in wiping Stella's tears away. She helps Kitty stand up and walks her to the principal's office. She looks to Stella, who was carrying their gym bags, trying to assist in helping Kitty. "Don't worry about helping, sweetheart. I've got Miss Kitty just fine. You just carry the stuff and we'll be there in no time. Thank you and I do appreciate the help, Stella." She says while shaking her head.

 

Sapphire Skies, a blue dragon, was busy looking over some events for the college, as well as new applicants who wished to attend. Just then, she heard a knock on the door. She smiles while recognizing the voice to be Stella. "Yes, Miss Stella. You may step into my office. Do you have others with you?" She asks as the door opened to reveal Gabby and Kittayanna. Her eyes widen in surprise at the sudden amount of guests. "Miss Kittyanna and Gabby? This is quite the surprise in entourage. You three never cause trouble, so I can't assume the worst. Is everything okay? DId something happen?" She asks with a neutral expression, but with a slight look of concern.

 

Kitty nods as she enters the office. "Yes, Miss Skies. You see, I'm pregnant with kittens and I'm a little short on breath. I guess I've been losing more and more energy than I realized. I-I was wondering if I could take some time off for maternity leave?" She asks while shuffling her feet nervously.

Stella hugs Kitty close "Oh please miss Skies, her fiance is Derek, y-you know, Zeke's n-nephew" she says, looking at Sapphire Skies with a pleading look and a soft purr "P-please, w-we don't want anything b-bad to happen to Kitty Ki...to miss Kitty or her kittens" she says with a small whimper and hiding behind Kitty and her tail now.

 

Derek pulls into the driveway and makes his way up to the Principal's office. He smiles as he sees the girls already there and hugs Kittyanna "Hey Kitty Kitten love, got the message from Stella"

Sapphire closes her eyes and places a hand under her chin. She closes her eyes, before nodding and opening her eyes once more. "Now I know exactly what you are talking about, Miss Stella. When you said Zeke, it all seemed familiar somehow. Derek would always visit with Zeke when he was a little younger." She nods in understanding to Stella's request. "I agree with you, my students. Miss Kitty should be on medical leave for the time being. In the meantime, we'll find someone to take over your place as the gym teacher. I don't want any excuses or exceptions, Miss Kittyanna. I want you to rest so that nothing happens to you and/or your kin. I hope you can understand." She says, folding her hands on her desk.

 

Kitty nods, wrapping her tail around Stella's waist. "I understand, ma'am. I promise to take it easy from now on. Derek will make sure I won't overexert myself. Plus, I think the same can be said when it comes to these two." She giggles lightly while looking at Stella and Gabby. Her ears perked as the door opened behind them. She turns her head slightly to see Derek entering the office. She smiles and walks over to Derek and hugs him. "Hey there, sweetheart. I'm glad you're here and that you got the message. I'm ready to go when you are."

 

Gabby smiles as she saw Derek enter the office. "Hey there, little brother. I'm glad you made it. We were worried something happened. Is everything okay. Do you need our help with anything, or do you got it?" She asks, before walking over and hugging and comforting her girlfriend.

Stella nods and sighs in relief "T-thank you miss Skies, O-oh how is your little o-one doing? I-if you need babysitters, Gabby and I are more than happy to do that" she says with a soft blush and a giggle as she feels Kitty wrap her tail around her waist, she purrs softly and snuggles it. "S-so fluffy a-and soft" she says softly, blushing more as she knew that Kitty could hear her.

 

Derek smiles and kisses his fiance's cheek "Everything was fine big sis, just kinda had a bit of a...nap" he says and stretches, and Stella notices that he had his stuffed kitten with him and points it out "S-Stella" he whines and tries to hide the plush.

Sapphire smiles softly and nods. "Your welcome, Miss Stella. I always look out for others and make sure they are on the right path. It's my job as a principal after all." She laughs, before nodding appreciatively. "Thank you for the offer, as well. You've babysat my child a couple of times. You both are very capable at taking care of children. You should let them babysit your kittens sometime, Miss Kittyanna." She say, but smiles at Kitty wrapping her tail around Stella's waist. "Oh, Miss Kittyanna. Always worrying about others more than she worries herself."

 

Kitty nods and giggles at Stella's remark. "Derek says the same exact thing when I wrap my tail around him. I guess it's a sort of mechanism to help others feel calm." She says, smiling at Sapphire's words. "Thank you and I'll take your word, Miss Skies. The two of them asked me before and I gave them the green light. I think they'll be good babysitters for my kittens when they are born." She purrs happily as she felt Derek kiss her cheek. She rests her head on his shoulder and nuzzles his shoulder, as well. "I'm sorry if we woke you up from your nap, Derek. Maybe we can take a nap when we get home." She says with a giggle, as she notices Derek holding the kitty plush.

 

Stella nods at Stella's suggestion, as she giggles at Derek. "I guess he was in a rush to get over to the campus, he forgot that he still had the plush with him. I think it's kind of cute, in a way." She says as she pets the plush on the head. "It shows that the plush is in a way like Miss Kitty. Whenever they aren't together, it gives him a sort of comfort. That really shows how strong a bond they have with one another. It shows how much they care about the other and I think it's absolutely wonderful." She smiles happily while placing a hand over her heart.

Derek smiles and hugs Kitty closer "That's one of the reasons why I adore her so much, miss Skies" he says and nods "It's just that your tail is so soft and fluffy love" he says, "And well we all know what calms our Stella down the most when she gets nervous, a nice soft and fluffy tail to snuggle and brush."

 

Stella blushes a bit and nods "I-it's true, I f-find it really relaxing" she says as they all wave goodbye to miss Skies and help Kitty get to her office to pack stuff up.

 

Meanwhile, a red dragon slicks his crest back a little before knocking on Sapphire's door and hiding something behind his back "Sapphy love, it's Crimson"

Kitty purrs happily as she felt Derek hug her closer. "I'm glad you adore me a lot, sweetheart. I adore you just as much, if not, then more. You're just so considerate of others and can be selfless and protective. You're going to make a wonderful father. You're already a wonderful husband. Even though we aren't married yet, Derek." She giggles and wraps her tail around Derek's waist.

 

Gabby nods at Derek's remark while giving Stella a fake pout. "Oh, so that's how it is, huh? You like Miss Kitty's tail more than me. I've wrapped my tail around you, but you don't care, do you? I mean, Miss Kitty is more beautiful and all, so I can't blame you." She stick her tongue out at Stella and smiles. "I'm kidding, sweetie. I love you and I know you would pick me every time." She kisses her cheek, before waving goodbye to Miss Skies and exit the office. They all then head to Kitty's office to pack up her stuff, as they prepared to leave for home.

 

Sapphire waves to the others as they exited the room. She smiles and sighs before going back to work. A few minutes later, she heard a knock at the door. Her ears perk, as she smiles brightly at the voice. "Come on in, Crimson. The door is open." She says as she watched him enter the room. She gets out of her chair and walks round her desk to him. She wraps her arms around his neck and pulls him into a kiss. She pulls back from the kiss and smiles happily at him. "How are you doing, baby? What are you doing here? I mean, not that I'm complaining, but I don't get done for another few hours? Is everything okay, Crimson?" She asks with worry and concern written on her face.

Derek smiles and nuzzles Kitty "Of course love, I am a Jackson after all, and you will be soon too as well" he says, kissing her softly and then laughs at Gabby's remark "I bet your tail is just as soft and fluffy as Kitty's, but I wouldn't know, I mean the one thing I would never imagine uncle Zeke doing, he probably does with Jenny every day. It's likely he just loves how soft her fur is" he says with a chuckle, helping Kitty pack her things as well.

 

Stella pounces on Gabby and gently takes her tail and snuggles it "My tail! Mine!" she says with a giggle and a purr. "Mine"

 

Crimson kisses her back and smiles "Everything is fine my love, do not worry your pretty little head about me" he says and waits for her to return to her desk before placing a bag of dragon delicacies food on it "It's nearly lunch time, so I thought I'd bring you lunch also..." he smiles and takes out a bouquet of beautiful flowers from the Dragon Land and gives them to her "Happy anniversary baby" he says with a wide smile.

Kitty returns the nuzzle and kiss. "You've got a point there, sweetheart. I can't wait until I become Mrs. Kittyanna Jackson. Although, we do have to still pic a day for the wedding. Maybe we can discuss it when we get home." She says, while making sure all of her belongings were packed. She took one last look at her office, before starting her walk to Derek's car.

 

Gabby gasps as she is pounced by Stella. She giggles as she felt Stella snuggle her tail. "While I think how you acting is cute and all. Can I please have my tail back. I don't want you to hurt my tail, my love." She stands up and takes her tail back, but wraps her tail around Stella's waist. She wraps and arm around Stella's shoulder and holds her close. She then looks to Derek and nods. "That may be true, but who knows. I can also see what you mean when it comes to Zeke. You're one to talk though, Derek. I could say the same thing you said when it comes to you and Miss Kitty. I honestly think it's kind of cute."

 

Sapphire smiles and nods, before walking behind her desk and sits in her chair. She notices him pulling out the bag of dragon delicacies. "Oh, sweetie. This is so very thoughtful of you. You even got me rubies and amethyst gems, which are my favorite. Thank you, but you didn't have to do that for me." She gasps as he pulls out a bouquet of flowers. She could almost feel tears welling up in her eyes. She wipes the tears away and leans over the desk to hug him tightly. "Oh, sweetie you remembered. Happy anniversary to you as well, but I didn't really get you anything. I'm sorry, Crimson." She says, looking down slightly while feeling guilty.

Derek smiles as he picks up a box and kisses her cheek "Of course we can discuss it when we get home love, but I do want you to relax and not stress out too much, I've read that stress is a big risk factor for miscarriages" he says then notices the worried look on the girls' faces "Don't worry girls, I'll be making sure that my future wife and the mother of our future kittens remains as stress free as possible" he says with a soft smile, gently stroking Kitty's hair "Do you hear me love? I'll be taking time off by doing distance education so that I may always be there for you"

 

Stella giggles "Listen to brother, being all caring and silly towards miss Kittyanna" she says as she pouts and lets go of Gabby's tail "B-but it's so s-soft and warm and f-fluffy"

 

 

Crimsons flashes her a grin and gently lifts her chin up with a clawed finger "Hush now love, you know all I want is to spend time with my beloved girlfriend" he says, gently planting a kiss on her lips with a smile "and of course I remembered. miss Rarity refused to let me forget" he chuckles

Gabby gained a worried look at the mention of miscarriage. She then started taking some boxes, so Kitty wouldn't be burdened. She shook her head at her teacher's protesting. "I'm sorry, Miss Kitty, but Derek is right. I remember hearing about that possibility during health class. We don't want you to carry anything heavy, or be stressed by anything. It's better to be relaxing for the time being." She giggles and smiles at Stella acting cute. "Derek is just acting like a good husband, yet they aren't married. I also understand how you feel, sweetie, but we can discuss it later after class. Does that sound okay, Stella?" She winks at Stella before taking the boxes to Derek's car.

 

Kitty tries to protest, but sighs and reluctantly nods. "I guess you're right, Derek. I don't want to lose our kittens so soon. I promise to stay relaxed and not stress out about things." She smirks and nuzzles him lovingly. "Besides, it'll give us some more time to spend with each other. I guess that sounds like an even trade off, if you ask me." She giggles and nods, but gives him a stern glare. "I will be okay with this, but you better make sure you keep up with your studies. I don't want you to slack off because of me. Do you understand me, Derek. If you are not doing well, then I'll have Zeke or Lou help me. You don't want that to happen now, do you?"

 

Sapphire blushes, as she felt Crimson lift her chin up with his finger. She looks into his eyes and thought she could get lost in them. She's surprised by the kiss, but soon returns it. After breaking the kiss, she smiles and hugs him. "That's so sweet of you. I always love spending time with my beloved boyfriend. You have and always will be a better dragon than those other male dragons back home." She giggles and nuzzles him. "How could I forget? The first time you forgot, Miss Rarity gave you a stern lecture. I remember you bowing on your claws and knees, as you begged for forgiveness."

Stella smiles and nods "I u-understand Gabby and o-okay" she says as she too picks up boxes and carries them down to the car, she then puts the boxes into the boot of the car "A-are you sure you two will be alright? D-do you want us to come with you? We can walk back to campus after we've finished helping" she asks nervously, hugging Gabby from behind and nuzzling into her neck.

 

Derek smiles and nods "That'd be great Stella, thank you" he says then looks to Kitty "Darling kitten, I made a promise to you when we first met remember? And I've kept that promise this far, so why would I break it now?" he asks and hugs her, kissing her lips softly "I love you, you're just so beautiful and everything else I fell in love with you for" he says and gently rubs her tummy "and I know our two little ones will be just like their mother"

 

Crimson smiles "Well...yeah those male dragons back home are...well full of themselves, I mean look at what happened when Ember became their new leader and queen.." he shakes his head then blushes at that memory that Sapphire mentioned "I remember all too well, that mare is scary, even for such a little one" he says, sitting on a chair and putting his feet up on the desk "So, I've got this booking to this one place, I think you've heard of it, The Garden Restaurant. I do believe one of your current students is related to the owners by adoption, a...hmm what was his name? Oh that's right Derek Jackson, the future husband of miss Kittyanna Leery" he chuckles "So what do you say? Would my lovely and beautiful girlfriend care to accompany me to this reservations tonight?" he asks with a cheeky grin.

Gabby smiles and nuzzles Stella, before placing the boxes in the trunk of the car. She claps her hands together to clear the dust off of her hands. "Well guess that takes care of everything." She looks to Derek and nods. "I think that'll be okay, little brother. That was pretty much our last class for the day. So we can help you out if you need us. That and we can help Jenny out as well later. So it's a win/win situation at the end of the day." She giggles as she felt Stella hug her and nuzzle her. She turns around in the hug to return both the hug and nuzzle. "Want to try and spend some time with Jenny later, sweetie?"

 

Kitty smiles and tears up a bit from the kind words. "I know, but can you remind me of the promise? Hearing you say that promise always brings a smile to my face." She hugs him and returns the soft kiss. "I love you so much. You're just so handsome yourself, darling. Your personality, kindness and everything else is the reason why I fell in love with you." She purrs as she felt Derek rub her belly. "I don't think so, Derek. I think they'll have a part of your personality as well." She says with a cute giggle.

 

Sapphire giggles and shakes her head. "I remember that all too well. Ember has been a great leader. I think she's fallen for that little dragon. I think his name was Spike, if I'm not mistaken. She may be scary, but she has a kind heart and she means well." She giggles once more at the way her boyfriend was sitting. "You know if you aren't careful, I can send you to detention for bad behavior." She says with a smirk. She raises and eyebrow and whistles at his dinner plans. "That sounds very fancy. I also remember hearing about that from Miss Kittyanna. She told me it was a beautiful restaurant. Any occasion for taking me there, Crimson? I don't mind, but I think you have something planned." She says as she looks at him with suspicion. She shook her head and nods. "I'm only kidding, sweetheart. Of course I'll accompany you to dinner tonight."

Stella nods but then snuggles up to Gabby after they get into the back of the car "But first, I want some quality alone time with my girlfriend" she says with a giggle, nuzzling her and purring. "But yes, I'd love to see Tara and Jenny again, I think Jenny said that Zeke was going into the city with Lou."

 

Derek nods "Yeah they are, got some orders to pick up, make and some old friends to see." he says as he looks to Kittyanna and kisses her cheek "I promised you that n matter what, nothing will get in the way of my studies and schoolwork, I promised to always work at and do my best to get the best grades that I can get. Of course now, I do have other priorities, but I promise not to let my grades slip. Besides darling.." he rubs her tummy again before starting the ignition "You're going to need me at home when your mood swings hit and especially when your cravings hit as well"

 

Crimson laughs "Of course Kit Kat would talk about it, she is going to be a member of that family soon enough" he chuckles and unsheathes his feet claws and wiggles his toes to stretch them "and I am glad you said yes, the reservation is for two after all" he then leans over and kisses her "and maybe there might be a surprise for you, maybe" he says and gets up "Well as much as I'd love to stay, rehearsals call, and you know how the guys get if I'm too late to the studio" he says, kissing her once more and then leaves, spreading his magnificent wings that shone like rubies in the sun light before flying off.

Gabby snuggles Stella back, as they sit in the back seat of Derek's car. "That sounds good to me, sweetie. If not, we can have some alone time after we spend time with Tara and Jenny." She purrs happily at the sound of her girlfriend's purr. She nods at her remark. "I believe I remember hearing that as well. I hop they'll be okay."

 

Kitty nods and turns around to smile at the girls. "Zeke and Lou will be okay. Trust me, they can easily take care of themselves. Zeke will never want to make Jenny feel sad." She says before turning around in her seat. She smiles and nods at Derek, as she purrs from him rubbing her belly. "I'm glad to hear that, darling. I know you're an excellent student. I just don't want to see you fail and be disappointed. I'll always be proud of you, Derek. You're also right about that. I might have morning sickness as well, so it's better to be safe than sorry." She giggles as she sits comfortably in the passenger's seat.

 

Sapphire giggles and nods. "That's very true and makes perfect sense. I could also see you taking one of your friends to the restaurant, anyway." She says before sticking her tongue out at him. "I'm only kidding, sweetheart. I'm glad it'll be just the two of us. I guess I got to look nice for tonight, then?" She raised an eyebrow at his mention of a surprise. "Oh, really now? I guess I'll have to look forward to it then." She nods and waves to him, as he spread his wings and took off. "Text me later when it's time for our date, Crimson. I'll be ready then, my love!" She exclaims with a smile and blush on her face.

Stella nods "Jenny was a little upset and sad when she called me, but I know Tara will look after her, she cares for her just as much as we all do, after all, she is going to be her aunty soon" she giggles and nods again "Sounds good sweetheart, luckily we have all weekend off and even monday" she then looks to Kitty and Derek "We're going to visit and help out, no ifs ands or buts about it, there's no stopping us" she giggles and hugs Gabby.

 

Derek smiles "Neither of us would have it any other way sis, I know Kitty would love having you two over for the long weekend" he says, wrapping an arm around Kitty as he drives to their home.

 

Crimson smiles and blows her a kiss "I'll give you a call about an hour before I pick you up, to give you time to pretty yourself up..not that it's really necessary, you're the prettiest dragon I know"

Gabby nods and places a hand on Stella's shoulder. "I remember hearing Jenny on the phone. She really does care about Zeke. In only a month, the two of them are just inseparable. I know Tara will be there for her. They have a good chemistry with each other, in my opinion." She says and giggles. "It just feels like this family keeps more and more insane. I mean that in a good way because I never thought I'd be a part of the skating group, but it's a lot of fun. I also agree with Stella on this. We have a few days off and we'll make the most of it. It'll be nice to visit and help you guys out." She smiles and returns the hug.

 

Kitty smiles and nods. "Thank you both so much, Gabby and Stella. Derek and I truly appreciate your kind gesture. It'll give me a chance to see how you would babysit our kittens, so it works out for all of us." She rests her head on Derek's shoulder, as she felt him wrap his arm around her shoulder.

 

Sapphire smiles and nods. "That sounds sounds good on the time frame, sweetheart. Also, never change, Crimson. You're such a sweet talker and I'm glad you think that, my love. You're the most handsome dragon I know." She says and watches him leave. She sits back down in her desk. She then starts getting back to work, occasionally taking a bite of the gems she had.

Stella giggles and nods "We all do, and remember sweetie, it's not just a skate crew, but one great big family." she says and smiles as she begins to brush her tail "It's as Zeke always says, blood doesn't make family, it's the bonds and ties you make with the people around you... isn't that right Derek?" she asks somewhat shakily.

 

Derek smiles "Something like that sis, and you're right. Jenny and Tara have always had a strong connection with each other" he says with a smile as they soon arrive at his and Kitty's house "Well here we are, welcome to our home" he says

 

Stella's eyes widen "W-woah, i-it's huge!"

Gabby smiles and nods. "You've got that right, sweetie. Although, I know there are some out there who don't agree with that." She shook her head and sighs. "Some people think just because your not related by blood, that means you can't be family. It just bothers me because they must be from back then. They won't understand that times change and that friends are more than that. I'm glad we are all family to each other. Family is all about looking out for one another and to make sure we are all happy." She says and pulls Stella close to her.

 

Kitty frowns and nods, but smiles happily. "I've heard that from time to time from others. I guess some will never understand, or just don't care. The skate crew was like a second family. Even if I didn't realize it at first. I'm glad to have everyone in the skate crew as my family. That includes you two, Jenny and all our other friends." She says as the pull up to the house.

 

Gabby giggles and nods. "This is a really nice place. It must be better than living in your old dorm room, little brother."

Derek sighs "Some people just need to get out of the olden times, I mean those type of people would frown upon my union with Kitty, and not just because she is older than me, but because she is also my teacher" he says and shakes his head to clear it "It sure is, does kind of get a little lonely when I'm home and Kitty is at work" he says and gently hugs the plushie.

 

Stella giggles "I can imagine, and I can also imagine it makes your little plush kitty more special to you, because it reminds you of her and your love for her, am I right?"  

 

Derek blushes but nods with a smile "That is quite true Stella and Gabby" he says as he closes his eyes before helping Kitty out of the car, "Don't you worry about the boxes darling, I'll get the girls to help me move them into the house then I'll sort them out later, okay?" he kisses her cheek, rubbing her belly once more.
