Dusk Eagle 16 May 8, 2012 Share May 8, 2012 (edited) Hello everypony, My name is Dusk Eagle and I am a second-year Computer Science student at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. I think I watched my first episode of My Little Pony just over a couple of months ago, but it wasn't until the beginning of April that I actually became a fan of the show and started watching episodes regularly. I actually watch TV shows quite slowly compared to some people - I almost never watch more than one new episode of a show in a day (unless the episode has a huge cliffhanger ending or is a two-parter). As such, I have only actually watched season 1 of the show so far, but I'll hopefully be starting season 2 tomorrow (which happens to be my birthday). I don't mind that by immersing myself in the community I may pick up fragments from episodes I haven't seen; this often actually gives me something to look forward to (for example, I knew in one of the episodes Pinkie Pie would go insane, and realizing it was about to happen in the episode I was watching made it very exciting). I recently succumbed and bought my first pony merchandise - Fluttershy and Twilight Sparkle brushables. I've styled Fluttershy's hair so far, but I haven't had time lately to style Twilight's. Here's Fluttershy: One of my other major hobbies is a board game from ancient China called Go. I've been a quite active member of a Go forum called Life in 19x19 for some time now, though lately my activity has dropped off as my Go playing has taken a back seat to other things.
