Good free Ruby IDEs?

It's not free, but JetBrains has one with a 30 day trial, and JetBrains usually makes a quality product:

Free-wise, there's a couple. This question on Stack Overflow suggests NetBeans, which I've not heard too much good about, but that's on the Java side, another language it supports. I'm not sure if Eclipse (another IDE that supports many langauges) supports it, but it's worth checking out.
