SNAILS? How do you turn people into SNAILS? Weather Report controls the weather, HOW DO YOU GET SNAIL TRANSFORMATION VIA RAINBOWS FROM WEATHER CONTROL? The fire thing made sense. The poison frog rain ARGUABLY made sense. BUT THIS? CLOUDS CAN'T RAINBOWS CAN'T TURN PEOPLE INTO FROGS! I DON'T UNDERSTAND! PLEASE, SOMEONE, HELP ME UNDERSTAND!

I have yet to wryyyyyyd the manga, I watched the anime. I'll read parts 5-8 when anime part 4 ends.
