Easter in MLP?

In g1, there's a "blink and you'll miss it" line by Hidea, as she's scolding her daughter's, about a fellow witch making Easter Sunday come on a Tuesday. I doubt Ponyland has lore linked to our own concocted holidays. So how do you think ponies celebrate Easter, and how it might've come about?

I feel like they probably celebrate something in the vicinity of springtime. I suppose the rotating date could be Luna's credit (since actual Easter is set based on the Sunday after the first full moon of Spring).

Well Hydia and her entire family are human. Before the movie, there was another human shown, Prince Scorpan. In the cartoon and comic book series they have encounters with humans living in Ponyland, so it's very likely that they brought along holidays with them and perhaps humans aren't the only sentient species who celebrates them.
