Amion chuckled, "Yea I'm sure me and mr couch will be quite close in the future." Amion had a feeling that Elera would not approve of the next thing that came to his mind so he promptly shut his mouth cutting off the comment that he had been sent to the couch before while they were dating, and something about himself and the couch being quite familiar already.

Staasi nods and chuckles "Trust me, you'll get used to it, while my wife understands that the army life was rough, she doesn't tolerate certain type of talk and things like swearing in the house, or at all, she's not a prim and proper wolf, but she is a decent soul" he says as he hugs his wife and kisses her cheek "Do you need me to wheel you sweetheart?" he asks, she smiles and nods "Y-yes please" she says softly.

Elera sighs "I wish she'd tell me how she became disabled, but she just clams up so I've stopped asking" she says softly to Amion, holding his paw in her own "I'm going to be the same sweetie, no swearing and certain types of talk, alright?"

Amion shrugged, "Okay fair enough. I will avoid cursing and my usual sense of humor around you and most others. Sound good?" Amion nuzzled his fiancee lovingly  "Guess everyone's getting to bed. Want to find the Gest room and get some rest or just snuggle out here for awhile?"

Elera giggles as she takes his paw in hers and leads him to the guest room "We'll be staying here tonight love, Midna showed me around before" she says softly and nuzzles him and then kneels down to pick up a mewling kitten and cuddles it gently "Will you two be alright?" she asks Midna and Staasi.

Staasi smiles "We'll be fine dear, make yourselves at home" he says as he wheels Midna's wheelchair into their bedroom and they get ready to go to sleep.

Amion followed with a smile, "Sounds good to me Elera." He gives Midna and Stassi a small wave before they disappear into their own room. Amion walked with Elera to the guest room petting the kitten on occasion.

The kitten mewls and purrs softly as Amion pet her, Elera smiles at him "I think it's a good sign that the kitten likes you" she says as she starts to get undressed for bed and lays down on the bed, "Tomorrow, we start moving into our new house sweetie, I'm so excited"

"I am too, but first time for some rest." Amion took off his shirt and laid down next to Elera getting himself comfortable and then holds Elera close to him his arms around her belly his bare chest against her back, he then kissed her. "Good night Elera."

Elera smiles as she curls her tail around Amion's and gently places the kitten in between her "Goodnight love, try not to wake up the others if you're awake first, please, Midna is a light sleeper and she's had some...trouble lately"

"I'll be sure to be careful not to wake anyone up if that happens." Amion smiled and rubbed Elera's belly. "Good night Elera, I love you." Amion then closed his eyes and was pulled into a peaceful sleep.

Elera slept peacefully for most of the night, but then she started dreaming of the day that she was torn away from Amion as a teenager. Whimpering, she kicks her legs a little and flicks her ears "N-no, I d-don't wanna b-be away from him" she whimpers in her sleep

Amion woke up to Elera's whimpering and hugged her closer on hand on her belly and another brushing her hair. "It's alright Elera I'm here, I'm not going anywhere." Amion whispered into her ear trying to calm her.

She woke up and nuzzles into his chest "I-I'm sorry sweetie, I had a dream of when we were separated, I can't tell you how long I cried for" she says and cries softly into his chest "It was so scary and I never thought I would ever see you again"

Amion hugged Elera and then gave her a tender kiss on her lips. "Don't worry Elera I am here now and I have no intentions on leaving now or ever. I will be with you for the rest of my life. I love you Elera, remember that always."

Elera nods, her tail still curled with his "I..I know sweetheart, I just..it's scary to think of the time where we were torn apart, you were my whole world back then, and you are once again my world, I know it sounds selfish, but I d-don't know what I'd do if I ever lose you again"

"You are my world too, and you still are. I may not be able to promise nothing will happen but I can be sure it is not likely. I'd hope if something did happen that you would do your best to remember me and do what makes you happy, that you would live on for me and my parents." Amion kissed Elera again, "Just remember I will fight my hardest to stay with you. That is a promise I can make."

She sniffles and nods as she snuggles closer to him some more and "I love you so much Amion" she says before she cutely licks his nose and nuzzles into his neck, "We should probably go see if the others are awake and help with breakfast before starting preparations for our move"

"Yea we probably should go do that."" Amion said as he hugged Elera for several more minutes until he reluctantly let go and got out of bed. Amion  got up and snidely decided to pick Elera up bridle style and carry her down to the dining room.

Elera giggles and nuzzles into his chest "So strong" she says as she runs her dainty little paw over his chest and smiles up at him before she spots that Midna was there in her wheelchair "Hey Middy, hey Staasi, sleep well?" she asks, and they both nod.

Amion just smiled enjoying the feeling of her touching his chest before sitting her down in a chair at the table and taking a seat himself. "So I could cook if you three do not mind I know it would be better then Stassi's cooking any day of the week."

Elera and Midna both giggle softly while Staasi just laughs "Be my guest Amion, and you're probably right, I mean I've gotten a lot better since our days in the military, but your cooking was always so good, even when it was just rations, you found a way to make a gourmet meal out of them" he says, making way for Amion in the kitchen.

"I would not say quite that I made the just edible taste half way decent then everyone wanted to know what I did. Anyway I'll see what you got and start from there." Amion opened the fridge and saw some bacon, blueberries, and half a roll of sausage. In the cabinets he found some baking mix he could make decent biscuits with and pancake mix. Amion got started making blueberry pancakes, biscuits, bacon and sausage gravy. It would be twenty minutes before everything was ready to eat.

Elera giggles as she sat at the table and wagged her tail happily "Well your cooking is quite good dear, even if it is just reheated left overs" she says and looks to Midna who was cuddling a small kitten, she sighs "Midna dear, please, how did you get into a wheelchair?" she asks.

Midna sighs and looks down "I-I guess it is time I told you, I-I was in a car accident, it was just after I became pregnant, but luckily our unborn pups are still alive, and it wasn't so bad that I'll be in the wheelchair for too long, but both my legs are broken and I can't walk right now."

Amion smiled "Thanks, Elera."  Amion listened to Midna's story and frowned for a moment. "I hope your recovery is swift then. It is a blessing that your pups are fin as well." Amion took some food and put it on his plate before eating.

Staasi nods "A blessing indeed" he says and puts some of the food on his plate and looks at the calendar "In fact, you're due for your checkup today sweetheart, I'm sure that Amion and Elera will be happy to come along to offer some support."

Elera nods and smiles "Indeed, I'm more than happy to put off our move until after your check up dear"

Amion shrugged, "Okay sounds like we have a plan then act as moral support for Midna and then get everything into the new home we just got." Amion finished his food and got another plate. Happy everyone was enjoying the food and that the day was going off to a good start.
