Maybe you could even throw in Big Mac, since he's also a friend of Spike's, and have another male-centered episode. Alternatively, you could have Big Mac be jealous of Spike's friendship with Thorax. Yes, he's gonna be king and all, but he can't forget the first character he's interacted with on the show! He wouldn't be where is now if it weren't for Spike, and at the same time, Starlight. It might still happen, sure, but the likelihood is far less than it was before. Also I would have preferred a bonding episode between these two before his ascension but that is a personal nitpick.
