GrimGrimoire 4,973 November 10, 2017 Share November 10, 2017 1. What is the funniest given name you have actually heard utilized in the real world? Asked in another thread but here is a second crack at it... 2. What movie (live action or animated) would make a great musical in your opinion? Obviously only films that have never received one count. Which movie would probably be abominable as a musical no matter what? 1 ~No profound statement needed~

I only have a bath in my house, but that's my preference anyway. ^ ^ Baths act as both an item on my morning and nightly routine list, and as therapy. I usually stay in them until the water goes cold, but that can take over an hour. I was thinking of having a furnace installed below the tub that helps keep the water warm like you see in some of the more wealthy homes, but I am not exactly swimming in bits. I really love my baths. ^ ^'

It's the only one of the longer ones that I can actually pronounce though! 49 minutes ago, Duality said: What would you do if a random person wearing a neon-pink balaclava hugged you on the street? I'm not the most immediately touchy-feely pony. I don't mind hugs, but if you're wearing a balaclava that feeling you have of hopeful optimism when you meet someone new is replaced by panic and I might use my magic if I get panicked. 49 minutes ago, Duality said: What would you do if you became trapped inside a portaloo that smelt oddly like mackerel? Long for the loving embrace of one thousand baths. 49 minutes ago, Duality said: What would you do if a fist-sized quasi-organic meteorite impacted your backyard? Well depending on how the atmosphere in Equestria works, I could just... not survive. But if you mean that it just makes a small crater and leaves a rock behind, I would actually offer it to the Royal Canterlot Academy of Science. But if they didn't want it, I'd give it to my father. He loves things like that. 49 minutes ago, Duality said: What would you do if you saw Justin Bieber standing on your roof to escape his rabid fans? I do not know who that is, but I assume he is a popular pony. In which case, I would just be happy I could help get him away from those awful ponies trying to chase him down. You always hear about how crazy some fans can be so I imagine he'd be terrified. On 11/16/2017 at 9:56 PM, Snowflurry said: There's a musical interlude...what's playing? Lullaby for a Princess. Guest December 13, 2017 Share December 13, 2017 9 hours ago, Duality said: Even if it was quasi-organic in nature? If it was in any way living I would wonder how it survived entry into the atmosphere. That would make it more fascinating for sure. 9 hours ago, Duality said: What is your favourite type of tea/coffee/otherifotherpleasespecify? I hate answering this way, but it really does depend on the time of year, time of day and my mood. I'll answer for right now as it's morning in late autumn; strong black teas. Mulled cider and red wines like merlot and cabernet sauvignon are also very good, but more for the evenings. I do like coffee as well but only one cup if I've got tea. Coffee has a simple and overpowering flavor that I think is best in small doses. 9 hours ago, Duality said: What are your favourite natural and pony-made landmarks? I know it's supposed to be a pegasus city, but Cloudsdale is quite a sight to behold from the ground. Twilight's Castle is another very beautiful place to visit. Those are probably the closest ones for me. Back home in Trottingham if you took the ferry across the east, once you hit land you could see the misty peaks of Griffinstone all along the horizon and they are very awe-inspiring as well. 9 hours ago, Duality said: What is the best rubber duckie in the whole wide world? My rubber duckie! He keeps me company in the bath. ^ ^ 9 hours ago, Duality said: Who's your favourite non-Equestrian political leader? That's an interesting question. Since I don't know too much about politics outside of Equestria I wouldn't be able to give you a very thoughtful answer. But I would have to say that I'm most thankful of the Dragon Lords from their lairs in the south Celestial Sea choosing to avoid our little island. I don't think the dragons are particularly fond of ponies, but without the Dragon Lords I don't think there'd be anything stopping them from razing my poor little home island to a cinder. It's an uninteresting cop-out with so many potential answers that could teach sompony else about the lesser-known things out in space, but it's the moon for me. When I was young I would spend a lot of time staring at the mare in the moon and it would be before I knew that the fact that the pony-shaped craters weren't a coincidence, but I would always make up stories about how the moon itself watching over the world for any bad fillies and colts staying up past their bedtime. The pale glow of moonlight is always one of the more serene things that come to mind as well. 17 minutes ago, Duality said: What natural disaster would you be most likely to survive? Well, more than likely a flood, if you consider that a natural disaster. I am actually a very good swimmer. Though, when I think about it if the world were flooding so badly that it could reach Canterlot, then there is no safe place to go. 17 minutes ago, Duality said: What's your favourite suit of armour, whether fictional or IRL?
