How do I report a person harassing me?

The best way to report someone harassing you on here would be to use the report button in the top right corner of the offending post. This will let the moderating staff, like me, know of this and we can take the appropriate actions.

Also adding some comments to the report will also help us as well.

what i mean is if they're not posting on threads but my profile page?

Each status update (including the replies) has a Report button. Click on it, write, and submit to file the report.
