Please explain. Do you mean something like waking at 7am, and then waking at 7pm? I don't know how someone could wake up twice at the same time otherwise.

I'm not trying to sound like a smart aleck, but I still don't know what you mean. How can you wake up twice in the same day, at the same time? I truly don't understand you. Do you mean the next day at 7?

Usually when I wake up at a certain time of day, the next day I wake up at exactly the same time. Even if I wake up briefly in the middle of the night, I wake up at that same time the following night. It's like I have an internal clock that gets into a habit.
