general FiM++ added to tio.run

Try It Online is an online programming language interpreter collection that now hosts an interpreter for FiM++, a Java-based, MLP-themed programming language!

The only problem is that it’s quite buggy. If anypony wants to help compose a list of bugs (or just send them themselves to the contact info on the homepage), I’m sure we can get the only online FiM++ interpreter in working order.
